Purchased 8 watches at one time for gifts to friends. Watches arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I was very satisfied with the watches and the service. Friends liked the watches very much and no one has had any problems with them. Excellent transaction.

Honestly, I was very apprehensive about buying from this website but not only was shipping the fastest ever (I live in Hawaii), but they sent shipping confirmations and let me know where my package was every step of the way. The sunglasses are fantastic. I got them for my boyfriend and he is absolutely in love! They fit great and are exactly as advertised. I'm just confused as to how they can sell them for so cheap!
These are just ok. I gave 4 stars because I've been buying through Ashford for years. I don't understand why everything always looks better on someone else! I have more of a round face, so these are almost too small. I bought them as spares. Then I found about 3 different other pairs I had packed away! :)
I've been using Ashford for a couple years now. I've never been absolutely angry with anything I've ordered there either. I've purchased a couple other brands of sunglasses, along with some watches and jewelry from time to time.
I was shopping for these glasses online and found a great deal at Ashford. They shipped quickly and actually arrived before the estimated delivery date. When they arrived, it was clear they were authentic; the packaging, carrying case, sleeve, and glasses were all 100% authentic Oliver Peoples. Overall, very happy with my purchase and Ashford and would recommend to others.
Competitive Pricing
I bought a watch from Ashford and it got bad in a few months. They misguided me to send the watch back a few times for repair, but they could not fix it after a few times. They said the watch was shocked, but they never provided me the proof. The watch was never shocked on my side. They refused to refund me. Their products might be gray market stuff or falsified. I will never buy from them again. I absolutely don't recommend them.
Purchased a new eterna watch arrived damaged they did not offer a refund but told me to have it fixed at local jewellers the repair came to £81 GBP of which they would refund $50 dollars max £40 GBP.
Also watch has no warranty

Love this site. I've gotten a few pairs now. Only thing negative was the last pair i ordered were supposed to be mens but when they came in they were youth. Im still waiting on my refund although they did correspond with me via email. They said they would update their listing but now it just says unisex. Still doesnt say youth. But all in all I've had good experiences here

Placed order for 2 sunglasses, one came defective. Returned it. Placed another order to get a good one. A defective item came again. Customer service didn't want to provide a prepaid return label. Conclusion: It their stock consists of aftermarket/used/refurbished merchandise.

I started searching for eyeglasses about a month ago and this pair caught my eye. I used the bookmarked names in my favorites (SAKS, Burberry, Rue la la, but I could not find this exact brand, color and size of glasses until my google search brought me to your website. Need consideration of financial times and have lower prices than your best price price is now. I'm on a fixed budget I really need this watch to be priced $349.00 or lower, if at possible to accommodate me please refund that difference to my pay pal. You reduced a previous watch to where I could afford it but I had to return it because the promotional video said it was 45mm and your advertisement online says 48.8mm… I can only wear 48 mm or larger.

Purchased a few watches from Ashford. Received the package and forgot it in my garage. During the Pandemic came across the box, opened it and 2 of the watches were not in there. The boxes were there, but the actual watches were missing. Having purchased from them before, I never even bothered checking to see if anything was missing. Lesson Learned. I will be checking my orders as soon as they come from now on. When I contacted them, they were very nice, but provide no help. The literally told me to pound sand but in a more professional way.

Generally, if there is a report of missing or damaged merchandise, we will open a claim with the carrier and they will investigate what happened.
However, since 6 months passed after delivery before any reports were created, we are unable to open this investigation or offer any recourse.
