After my son lost his phone we panicked thinking about how much it cost us and now we would have to pay for a replacement. Then we realized that we had purchased Assurion insurance. I placed a claim and received the new phone in less than 2 days. Amazing value. No questions asked by the company. I was expecting to be interrogated or some kind of push back but no, it was quick and fast. I'm still in disbelief as to how awesome this company is.

I set up an appointment to have the glass on my I phone 13 Pro Max replaced and in the process of having that service completed one of the screws got stripped, and I was given a replacement device the next day at no additional charge and without any hassle. I feel completely confident that Asurion will address any and all problems with my electronics in a fair and reasonable manner. Thank you for the peace of mind.
Asurion, made filing my claim very easy, and the fact that they come out to my residence to bring my new device and help set it up is why I gave them 5 stars! It is such a convenience to be able to sit in the comfort of my home and do the switch out. I don't feel rushed or like I'm making other people wait because something isn't working during the transfer and what not. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable, helpful, and stayed in contact with us on when he would be there, and when he was on his way. Overall great experience.
I visited AT&T last night to get my broken phone screen fixed, and I'm thrilled to share my fantastic experience! The technician was not only friendly but also thorough in addressing my concerns. The estimated repair time was around 1.5 hours, but they finished it in just 45 minutes. I was impressed by their efficiency! The repaired screen looks flawless, and my phone is working perfectly now. Overall, AT&T delivered an outstanding and hassle-free repair service. Highly recommended!
Easy as 1,2,3. Made a call, the representative was extremely helpful and pleasant. In no time at all she had set me an appointment for the next morning at 11:00. The guy they sent to repair my phone called me 10 minutes earlier than expected. He ask, "if there would be a problem if he show up early?" Within 15 minutes of his arrival I had my phone in hand with all repairs made to my phone. Could not had been easier to get my phone fixed.
Checking out at Staples they are very clear and the pamphlets support that by buying the extended coverage insurance you are covered for any mishap. Then when you make a claim they look for reasons to deny coverage, going so far as to erase claims that were initially submitted.
I will NEVER buy anything with the name Asurion again. Further, I probably should stop shopping at Staples and just get all my stuff from somewhere else.
Yesterday I noticed a deep scratch on my phone. So I went to the Asurion website and started a claim. The next day, I brought in my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone to the Asurion repair shop, and within an hour, I got my phone back and it was like brand new. They replaced the frame, glass and battery since they came in a package from Samsung. Both Kenny and Evan were excellent and provided me with great service.

Off shore call center sucks! Repair techs have been out several times. The first one diagnosed it correctly on 7/29/22 upper Freon leak deemed un repairable. Buy back was denied because he didn't follow new protocol. We have had several techs here 3 compressors and a dryer. Fridge is still not cooling. 60 days still no working fridge. Looking for a class action lawsuit lawyer now. All I want is my money back for appliance insurance I paid for.
Sent my phone back using their non padded envelope supplied for that purpose. Phone supposedly cracked in shipping. Tried to charge me for sending in a broken phone. I had to be very assertive and only succeeded because t mobil packed my phone. Must take pic of phone front and back before shipping. They make a lot of money on this scam. 29.99 for a cracked back cover. They know a lot of backs and screens will get broken in shipping due to inadequate protection of phone.

We bought a refrigerator through Home Depot with the 5 year extended warranty through Asurion. Our refrigerator stopped cooling for the second time in three months. We've been without a refrigerator for 4 months and they've continuously given us the run around and refuse to send repair company or to replace our refrigerator or reimburse our cost. DO NOT waste your money buying anything with a repair plan through them. They DO NOT care about their customers.

Asurion sent me a broken phone then said I would have to pay another deductible to have that broken phone replaced. Then, to to it off, they charged my bank account $300 saying they never received the original phone I sent back. I have called sooooo many times to either be told there is nothing they can do, or straight up lied to saying that I would be refunded my money but that doesn't happen. I cannot believe they take advantage of paying customers in a bad situation.

I walked in and met with the Asurion tech who was very experienced and respected my time. Not only did he do the repair on one phone, he cut the corners and help me connect with the right person to replace our unrepairable device. No phone tree for us! He made sure that ALL of my issues were taken care of before I walked out of the store! Very good service!

My brand new iPhone was not sending or receiving texts with photos to/from android users nor was I able to remain in group texts unless they were l iPhone users. After hours and days of trying every online support suggestion and not getting any help from my local Verizon store, I called 611 and Verizon patched me through to Adrian (at Asurion) who had me turn off phone for 5 mins while he reset my texting somehow. When I turned my phone back on, it was working like magic. I am very pleased with the support.
I went into the Bay City, MI Wilder Rd. Store and was met with very friendly service. Not only did the representative answer my question as to applying for help for a damaged phone, he also walked me through the process and made sure I was all set to go. He did not have to do this as it is a third party insurance program, but he was glad to do so! That is what keeps me loyal to AT&T! I've been with them for 15+ years with my iPhone and will continue! :)
All in all great, worst was forgetting from past experience the sim tray number would be needed (also found in settings, easier to read), and that using the tray would require a light and magnification glass if an update is in progress. Otherwise process to get phone replaced is fairly simple, now waiting on update and try new phone/move items over, and send old back.
Everyone working inside of the store was wonderful, friendly and helpful! I had a small issue where my fingerprint sensor wasn't calibrated correctly, but when I called them about it they immediately apologized and offered to fix it for me if I brought it back. Took maybe five minutes and now it works perfectly! Would definitely recommend.
Technician was very communicative and really came through to satisfy the time slot originally chosen. He was courteous and called to inform me that he was May be running late but that didn't happen…he was right on time! It was quick and easy and my phone looks great! I felt terrible after he left my home because I realized I didn't at least offer a tip (not sure this is allowed) but he definitely deserved one!
My experience with Asurion is normally the easiest. But I also always take care of my insurance claims online. This time I had to call in to get a defected watch I received returned for another one. Let me tell you Kristine made my experience so seamless. She was the sweetest and took care of the claim in less than 10 minutes. I normally get anxiety when I have to call in to get something resolve but when I told her what was going on with my watch she made sure to let me know it can be taken care of! Exceptional service for sure.

Had to call and explain that I only wanted my screen fixed. Still wanted to charge me $200 for a new phone. Called the next day and got an appointment for a screen replacement. Nobody showed. $#*! them company they can burn in hell
I spoke with 3 employees, Romello, Z and James. They were all very helpful providing me information on the replacement. On 7/22 I stopped in to have the screen protector replaced. They explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a time frame to have it replaced of 4 hours. They also explained that the replacement may not be perfect. In about 2 hours my phone was ready for pick up and the screen protector was placed perfectly. I will definitely recommend Asurion in Harrisburg to anyone who needs work done to their phones.

I tried filing my first claim on a tv. I provided all the photo and information no less than 4...make that 6 times now! Each time I ended up with "something went wrong, please try again." Never was able to submit the claim. Waste of money!

I would recommend to never ever buy Asurion protection plan for any products and appliances bought online or from store. They'll dishonor their promise and will always find and read you the fine lines, you missed while signing up for the plan in haste to buy the products, which 8 out of 10 buyers online do... and Asurion takes advantage of this lapse in reading "FULL TERMS and CONDITIONS" with fine lines. Very very dissatisfied for their services and Cust Rep just hanging up the phone on you.
Over the last couple of days I have been working on two different claims for two iPad Pro's. I'm pretty hard on my stuff. I'm going out of my way to write this review somewhere to tell the world because I think I hung up before I could leave my review There are two people that I worked with that stand out in my mind as excellent in customer service. We all know great customer service in August 2023 is a rare treat. James (Bond?) in Manila Philippines was outstanding. I am told the sand is amazing there. Regardless, he sailed through my new iPad activation, and helped me sort out the Sim card situation that I had backwards. He wasn't breaking a sweat to do it. It seemed effortless how he sorted out my iPad. He had an easy charm and a quick wit. I also worked with Susan. She propelled me to the next stage of this process swiftly and with great cheer. Dealing with Asurion has been an absolute nightmare. Three out of four of the representatives were extremely rude and two of the four hung up on me. There was one obstacle after the next while I was trying to file a claim for my phone which was stolen. If there is any way around using Asurion do everything in your power to do so. I can honestly say I'm disgusted by the customer service I received from this company.
I am a Verizon rep so I have customers come in all the time and I help the with there claim, about 50% of the time there website works with no issues and the customers get there phone the next day. However the other 50% of the time it wont work and we will have to wait on hold to speak to a Asurion rep even for something as simple as a crack screen repair. The staff is nice and friendly but the fact that when you call you are prompted to do the claim online, but the online system just is not very self sufficient.
