When you order online, there's always a surprise when the product finally gets there -- fabric, length, style, etc., look different in person than online. Happily, Azzlee did a better-than-expected job presenting the clothes I ordered in the online catalogue -- I read the info on their site about the fabrics used and the measurement definitions and scale, and I got pretty much what I expected based on that information. To me, that's a win!
Although part of my address wasn't full the house number, street, postal address was, the post office assured me they would have delivered to the correct address. It was returned to Azlee. The package was free shipping but customs service emailed me to say if I wanted them to re-deliver I would have to pay £7.99 There emails are slow and not customer friendly or helpful. Hopefully the refund isn't as long waited order on 7th July only just asked for a refund.
I had Azzlee show up on my news feed on Facebook. I checked the reviews and waited a long time before I ordered anything unsure if the clothes were as pictured. I'm pleased with the quality but the tops are a small make. It has been a process to return 2 of the 4 items for bigger sizes and I'm still in that process as yet. I purchased as per measurements but they are small. Hopefully I can exchange for bigger sizes as I like the blouses.
It is very long and drawn out if you need to exchange sizes. Still in the process at present time. No replies to emails.
I like different looking clothing. Something unusual from what everyone else is wearing. I liked the look.
Never saw order being tracked, but it arrived, in good shape and in time for family gathering. So, I'm grateful.

Rarely have I been as pleased with an order as I am with this one! Customer Service was very personable, prompt and helpful. Shipping was prompt. I LOVE the items! Shorts, long pants, and outfit and shirts. The clothes tended to be a bit larger than I expected, but not enough to keep them from fitting. Quality fabric and construction. The styles are delightful! Up to date and seasonally appropriate! Thank you for a pleasant experience.
I was exceptionally pleased with the Customer Service. They kept me updated and solved all my concerns. They were pro-active, responsive and pleasant. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Arrived quickly and it's very nice quality! Wish it was a little smaller. Had a good experience with this being my first order.
They answered by questions in 24 to 48 hrs. It was over a weekend when they were closed.

It's been awful. The outfit is too tight and we've tried multiple times requesting a return form the day after receiving the item so we can ship it back but you've ignore our request. Even your email address online shoots back as not working try again. I've ordered many things online and this company is the worse in sending us the return forms. Will not be ordering again from this company. I just lost money which should not have happened.
Can only send info. via email online but no one responds back. So very disappointed.

This is my first time that I ordered with the company. I absolutely loved all the tops and sweaters I ordered. The quality is really good and the colours are very vibrant. They're super comfortable yet make me feel elegant in daily wear whether at home, going out or even at work. Loved these products!

Fairly easy to locate products by using the search option. Easy checkout. I am hoping my items will delivered within 10-12 days.
Saw an add for two items I liked.
Not easy to return. Have to start by emailing service department and wait for return email two days later. Told there is a deadline to return (or pay), you have a choice to receive a discount on the item (don't want if they don't fit) OR return at your own expense. And asked my choice. I wanted to return but had to wait for a return address from their May 11 email until June 5th (after my April 21 purchase). It's past 30 days. Had to dispute on my credit card.

Saw for the first time on Facebook. Liked the style of clothes pictured.
In all honesty I was worried about whether the site was genuine. Happily, My order did arrive within 3 weeks of placing. The items were all there and correct. I did find the buttoned blouse true to size but my other items probably ran a little small. I would have preferred them a little more flowy having said that, they weren't tight and I can wear them. As for one of the blouses, I like the design and print, but not the material. The others were as expected and nice.
The images of the clothes were quite lovely. Im going on a cruise and they really fitted that vibe.
Great choices however I do think that the cost of expedited shipping when it could take as long as 7 days is a bit expensive

Order arrived in a timely manner but there is no way to contact re incorrect size for return or replace. Wouldn't purchase again as material is poor quality. Disappointed as look so nice. Made for very small Asian market

I'm always apprehensive about ordering clothes online. Will it fit? What type of fabric is it? Will I get it? Overall I was happy with my purchase, the clothes are as represented in the photos and descriptions, just make sure you order according to your measurements not your customary size. Delivery did take a few days longer than stated.
Loved the style of clothes and after studying the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Now I have 4 fabulous new fashions to wear.
Package took over two weeks to arrive. Wrote to emails to customer service. No response. Package finally arrived by USPS. Package came from China! First inspection of dress, the polyester overlay is teal and not the same light blue as the dress. The dress itself was pretty. The dress was marked large but was probably a JUNIOR Large. I am unable to contact anyone to get this returned. I will NEVER order from them again! Lessened learned!

Pros: Lovely range of well made women's clothing. Excellent communication with the Customer Service team. Reasonable delivery times.
Cons: Inconsistent sizing throughout the website makes it VERY difficult to order correctly, and quite expensive compared to other international websites - BUT, the clothes are very well made and well packed, so it is worth taking the time to ensure you check the measurements on every item you are interested in buying, as they are all different.

I like many of the clothing items, but the inconsistency in sizing, and the lack of a country sizing comparison chart (eg: UK, US & EU) makes it extremely difficult to order the correct size. Other websites have the country sizing comparison chart and it makes ordering MUCH faster and easier.
Fast delivery and a nice range of women's clothing. If the items I ordered today are the wrong size (again!), even with me having to measure and compare every measurement on every item, I won't buy from Azzlee again.

I was looking for a certain style of capri length pants, and it was among the options Google served up. I picked Azzlee because, honestly, it look more like an established business with the kind of emarketing that doesn't creep you out or scare you off. The site's organized, clean, and fast -- a great experience.

Mainly for the dress - I had my eye on it last year and happy to see the style is still available.
I ordered five shirts for my wife. They arrived late. The shirts were not the size I ordered and were of such poor quality with obvious defects. The defects included missing buttons, missing buttonholes, tears, snags, etc. in the fabrics and so on.
I'm getting the runaround trying to get a refund. They requested videos, pictures, notes from my mother, you name it. I'm going to have to resort to turning this into my credit card company as a dispute.
I strongly recommend you stay away from this company.
