I had to contact customer service because my smartphone malfunctioned. And it was one of the best and most positive encounters with any customer service. These guys are very helpful, polite and focused on actually solving my problem. They're responding very fast and always provide clear information on possible next steps of my return/refund claim. So if you're worried how your guarantee would work in another end of the world - just don't. It works perfectly.

I hope it's saying fake or phony website that just takes people money looking forward to disguising myself to make my little boy you know makeup make his day pretty much

Haven't used Banggood in a long time but still got excellent service. All my previous data was still on hand and correct and transaction went right through. Now let's see how they do on shipping.

Great. Sometimes that's more than a month to get here. Wish it was faster. I know that is a shipment issue and not Banggood

I enjoy Banggood very much - I'm from London UK but I don't have much money and I've saved a lot and been able to purchase fun toys for the kids in the family. I appreciate the UK shipping and I don't care about politics I actually like & respect the Chinese and if a company makes a good product I don't care where it's from. Keep up the good work and P.S. I figured why not ask - can I have a coupon or voucher please? :)

Very large number of varieties confuse the buyer what to buy and what not. It was super amazing experience always.

Imagine having to pay for shipping out of pocket for a product that came faulty, and refusing to refund until the package is returned to their return center, don't even imagine because this is the reality with Banggood. Absolutely the worst customer service and headache from resolving anything if your product is faulty.

Also, prepare to get the one-word treatment like "ok" and "thanks" when they refuse to help further.

Told I could get a $20 voucher as a first customer basis. However it was a lie, could only get $5. Also wonder why when selecting a Voucher at the beginning the programmers are dumb and dont place a note that says "Your vouchers selected now WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SELECTION ON CHECKOUT" Doesn't seem very professional to me at this stage. I will now await to see rest of process when purchase arrives as told 10-25 days.

I stopped shopping on aliexpress now because with your company I have no additional taxes or customs and the products come quickly.

Good prices, products always arrive in good order. Sometimes it takes a while but if you account for that it's fine

For a first time buyer, I had some doubts about the compatibility between Promos and Discount Codes. Also The order in the registration, as I was registered with out giving any data about me, but also later when paying with PayPal I had to give my address. Why didn't it took the address from PayPal as other webpages. Anyways I hope Banggood becomes one of my online shopping websites as it contains a lot of products I'm interested in.

Do not waste your time or money. This website continues to take orders for a product that is not even in stock. So your order just says processing. It never ships. And when you request to cancel order that's when I found out item I ordered is out of stock. Use PayPal for refund. You will need a refund if you order anything.

Fast and easy to use web site. Can't wait for my products to arrive. Will give a separate review of each item I ordered.

There are some things that take a long time to get but overall My experience has been great with Banggood. I recommend them to anyone in need of electronic parts or tools.

La mia esperienza complessiva è positiva, ma al momento che si presenta un problema tecnico, un non funzionamento e lo comunico, è assurdo che mi viene richiesto il video o le foto in quanto l'oggetto da esame visivo è integro, io mi son dovuto assumere l'onere di buttare tale oggetto non funzionante, è successo con una piccola plafoniera con 90 led ad energia solare con telecomando, spero non succeda più in futuro.

Me encanta poder encontrar todo lo que necesito en Bangood, pues siempre acostumbran a tener los precios más bajos que sus competidores y hasta la fecha nunca he tenido problemas de aduanas, solo espero que esto siga siendo igual y no tener que pagar tasas, iva ni cualquier otro gasto adicional, pues sería lo peor y naturalmente cambiaría este comentario.
