I've been a customer for many years and slowly, the number of camera stores seems to be drying up. But this site is still the absolute best! It provides the most detail for every product, gives you links to almost all of the compatible accessories, and when you post a question, both the manufacturer's representative and a B&H rep will chime in within 24 hours to give you a thorough answer, including helpful links. There is great value in signing up with their Payboo credit account, as it gives you discounts equivalent to sales tax. I will continue to come back here for all of my needs. They have the same price as any other retailer, if not better.

This is my second online order with B&H. I was really impressed with the shipping time on my first order (a telephoto zoom lens) and the quality and depth of information on the website. I only recently got into photography and am slowly building up my "gear" collection. This site has been very helpful, and I feel like I could spend hours on it whether actually purchasing or not. B&H was recommended to me by a friend who is a somewhat more experienced photographer. I do not feel intimidated, confused, or pressured by this site, even though I am new to most of this. If anything, this site has encouraged me to keep gradually learning and growing.

I ordered a holographic sight from them on April 22,2023. They sent me an empty case with no holographic sight inside and scammed me $714.19. The case had been opened with no seal and the box had visible damage and wear to it. I sent the box back for BH Photo to inspect and filed a complaint. Before they even inspected the box they refused my full refund. Now I'm $714.19 in the hole without ever receiving my item

I have always used B&H for any of my video and/or photo needs, because they always have what I'm looking for, they have great prices, and they have fast delivery time. They also have great customer service and their website is very easy to understand and navigate. Lastly, I bought a used Nikon lens back in 2019 that I still love and use today. I have recommended B&H to multiple people!

The B&H web site works the way you would expect a good web site to work. Everything makes sense and interaction returns the result you imagine it would. Beyond that their pricing, in my experience, is consistently lower than others. Shipping, which can be a problem on some sites (I live in Mexico), is simple, fast priced well.

You'll find quality items here that you can't find in stock with other online stores. The only thing that I would improve with this company is their shipping provider. Shipments sometimes come a day after the expected date, which can cause a problem if resources are lined up to help with setup and installation of the merchandise.

I couldn't check out with pay pal. Kept getting a session timed out and asking me to log back in. Kept going around in circles and never would let me purchase!

I've ordered several items from B&H over the years. I love all the product info on their site. And of course they offer an unbelievable variety of products. Everything I've ever ordered has arrived on time, in perfect shape. I'm a huge B&H fan.

As President of a musical theatre I am always in need of replacing outdated or broken sound equipment. I always find what I am looking for and more on B&H. When an item has not worked like it should they have been very responsive and proactive in making sure things are made right.

B&H will never fail! So yeah, I don't buy often, but B&H never disappoints. I've bought everything from a state of the art cinema camera to the most out of date dvd player for my mother from B&H. From where I'm sitting in rural Pennsylvania all of my B&H purchases feel somehow more wholesome from when I buy from when I reluctantly buy from the bigger online entities.

Mesmerized by all the cool stuff they have. Too easy to shop on line with B&H. What I want is a great long lens. Have to wait till prices go down more.

B&H is my first choice whenever I begin shopping for an item. It's always a disappointment if they don't carry what I'm looking for, although that is rare. Their product line is excellent, their web page is clear and understandable, and their prices are competitive. All in all, it's great doing business with B&H.

I had been looking for a microphone to best amplify my hand pan "HANG". It has been a challenge because of the convex shape of it, with the middle note being the loudest and the closest to a mic. I went to the B+H store and talked to someone in the audio department, who knew how to solve this challenge. I had to have the microphone out of my way to not hit it with my hands and The SR 25, which was suggested has been working really well at a little over than 36 inches from the instrument. I have been buying all my equipment, photo video and audio from B+H and really appreciate the fact that the sales people are well educated, and will suggest not only the most expensive, but the most appropriate equipment

In one word B&H can be described as: greedy. I've been buying from B&H for 40 years dating back to the days of paper catalogs, mail order and any delivery time under a month being good. They used to be the very best both in terms of price, service and delivery speed. Lately they seem to have forgotten the cardinal rule of business, that the customer is always right and not the CEO. Their heydays are gone and eventually they will drive themselves out of business because of their arrogance and greed. For the past 6 months I've been watching a $300 electronics item waiting for the best price before I buy with the intention of buying several more in the near future. I hoped the Christmas sales or the post-Christmas inventory reduction sales would drop prices to my desired level but B&H's price drops were pathetic. After Christmas they jacked the price up to $350 making a mockery of their $299 regular price for the previous year. And now they charge tax too, making their bottom line prices outrageous. Instead I took a look at EBay, rejected one $250 seller for too many buyer complaints then an hour ago finally bought it from a $280 seller in the next state... all for the exact same item for which B&H now charges $350+. Five years ago I had to deal with their customer service and as a few others here reported, I also found them to be highly arrogant and patronizing. Now I think twice before ordering from B&H.

I used to buy all my camera and video equipment from Amazon. In recent months, I've found that B&H Photo has a better selection, equivalent prices, and more reliable delivery times. They make everything easy.
