Repeat customer. I'll never shop anywhere else for window coverings. Super easy, very economical, and high quality products. Don't bother with name brands… blinds.com is just as good (or better), and far less expensive. I've had one mistake on a custom triple-blind / single rail unit out of eight buildings (probably 60+ individual items), and customer service handled it graciously & efficiently. Do not hesitate… you'll save time and money over the big-box, every time.

I ordered 6 blinds from Blinds.com, one of the blinds was about 1 inch short. I called to get the issue resolved, they had me take pictures showing my measurements, which were correct. They still refused to replace my blind unless the claim was filed as a mis-measurement putting the blame on me. Im really disappointed they want to fight you on their advertised guarantee. I would not recommend buying from this company.

HOLY EASY! I seriously thought this would be harder. The whole process probably took 30 mins and that includes walking around my house measuring 15 windows and 2 sliders! I do wish the pics of the slats were slightly larger because I'm not 100% certain that I'll love what I chose... but they are ordered and now we will finally have those updated blinds I've wanted for the last several years so I'll live with my choice regardless. Woohoo!

Webpage shows up poorly on mobile device, making it difficult to show images appropriately, navigate subpages, or see totals. Most frustrating of all, no option to split payment with bank rewards cards. Custom blinds are expensive, using rewards cards would help offset costs. Not having that option, no option to email, and no way to contact customer service prior to the end of a promotional period is frustrating. I know from previous experience this is a good company, these seem like silly issues to be dealing with.

I have bought from Blinds.com for quite a number of years. Their products are excellent, prices are a lot better than retail, tge fit has always been great, with 2 exceptions and those were my fault. I contacted customer service and gave them new measurements and they shipped right away, without additional cost. That just doesn't happen very often these days. I highly recommend Blinds.com

Their logistics team is, in my humble opinion, the best in the industry - and that goes for every online retailer I have worked with (& with 2 homes to furnish, I have seen some really ridiculous companies out there). Their SUREFIT Guaranteed to Fit promise is - bar none - best-in-class. I am awed at how well this company runs their business!

Wonderful phone support for important questions & education. LOVELY fabric choices for Roman Shades. Prices are amongst the best in the marketplace except for some of the options for woven woods where I prefer Hunter Douglas instead of Blinds.com. Nonetheless, 90% of my new home has Blinds.com window coverings. Only my great room has Hunter Douglas. So I LOVE Blinds.com!

The site seems to charge way more at the start and then discount a bunch which makes it difficult to compare deals. It also seems arbitrary when the deals happen. I would much rather know up-front what the price of the blinds is. There's no way the price is actually $400 if you're willing to sell for $200. I've decided I'm willing to pay this amount, but I'm not pleased with the price manipulation.

This was my first time purchasing blinds online. I sure learned a lot about my metal tape measure! Pretty cool that it has the length imprinted on the back, which was super helpful in not bending the tape to get the measurement. I am SO excited to have nice cellular shades - finally. Looking forward to putting them up once they arrive. Kyle was super helpful in chat to assist me in choosing the cell size and in measuring correctly.

There were three different installations instructions - all with different measurement guides. Also, no definition (that I could find) of the types of shades (classic, hobbled, etc.,). Finally, the fabric I wanted had no photo rendering so I purchased it "blind". I could see they were in color families but an index would make the decision so much simpler. These are easy changes that would greatly assist in the purchase process.

I've had very good service and am so happy with my recent purchase. I needed to make a change to my last order, and the woman that assisted me was awesome. She sounded like a young mom and I really liked talking with her. I told her I'd leave a review and then absentmindedly hung up the phone. Your check boxes for all options cover everything and are very easy to use.
I am ordering a new pleated shade for my kitchen window to replace a Blinds.com shade that is almost 10 years old. Very, very happy with how long that one had lasted. In fact, the shade is still in excellent condition, however one of the lift strings on the shade wore out and broke. That's okay, though. Time for a new color!

This is my second order. I'm in my seventies. Had a stroke three years ago. Right side not working so good anymore. Was intimidated until I installed my first order (Five 2" deep Faux Wood Inside Blinds) which was a perfect fit! Now looking forward to doing my bedroom with 1" Mini Beige Blinds. My Mobile home is lined in true wood veneer paneling. Blinds.com is pure genius! Why do they have a size guarantee? Because they probably never have to use it!

Love the options, very intuitive website with videos to explain things. I would however recommend a better "sample" picture (the one that updates while you make your selections). It was a little small. Above and beyond would be to allow the user to choose the color of the house behind the blind, so they can get a better idea of how the blind color will contrast with their wall. Overall very good tho!

Pros: Easy to order. Highly recommend. Priced really well compared to other retail options. Free shipping another bonus.

Cons: It would be helpful if you could set a window trim color so that you could see how the shade color looks against the trim. Right now, the default shows a white trim.
I would like to be able to see a picture showing what light filtering versus blackout versus sheer looks like when looking through the shade to an outdoor view.

A website that really works! OMG! Select a simple option and start effortlessly from there building your custom blind! How wonderful! Easy to find a phone number to an actual human being! Very easy to find, clear measuring instructions. Unobtrusive offer to have an installer option. I've just spent 4 hours looking for a company website on which to order 2 very non-exotic bedroom blinds, in alabaster, with a shorter length than is standard. I did that in 10 minutes, once I found your website via Google. Thank you!

There was not enough time before the sale ended to get a sample so she sent me photos. We had computer issues that she found an ingenious work around to - and then the next day (issues resolved) she sent some more on July 4th. The reviews about service support were correct! I ordered 2 cellular shades for my bedroom in January. 1shade arrived 2/23 and the other is still out there somewhere. Called CS x2- spoke with nice rep, who told me due to the storms in Memphis there is a week delay in shipping from there (originated from China). Well my 1 shade made it out - a week after the storm. We are into the 2nd week of March and still no 2nd shade. If anyone can help me get this delivered I would appreciate it. Thank you

Good experience. Areas of improvement: (1) show liner colors for woven shades, not just a name and number of the color. (2)Show various positions (eg half way up, all the way down, etc) for the picture of the shade in the window This way we can see how the shades look and are stacked, etc. (3) have a "you might also like" section that has similar window treatments, and a way to easily compare prices between options.
