I've been shopping with bodycandy for years and I totally love them! You literally can't beat the price for the quality you get. The pieces are SO pretty! I've had to call their customer service on a few occasions for questions and they are alway super helpful. I read some of the negative reviews and I really can't understand why - maybe they're a bunch of Karens lol.

Jewelry is all reasonably priced and genuinely good quality! I've ordered multiple times from this website and every order has arrived within the estimated delivery date. Signing up for coupons and discount alerts is really worth it! They offer 20%, 30%, and 50% off whole orders. Very happy with this company

I cannot use anything except titanium grade jewelry. Body candy was one of the few who offered clicker nose rings in 5mm. I searched everywhere. They sent them right away, and the quality is great. I don't have keloid, pimples, swelling or bumps that other girls have and I changed my jewelry early. I would suggest purchasing higher grade metals if you are disappointed with your purchse. The shipping was fast and reliable.

It was great! Love the paypal deal I got. However the site often gives me issues adding things to cart, even after I have selected a size. It will just sit there and act like I've pressed nothing. Refreshing the page doesn't work and coming out and then going back in also doesn't help. Not sure why but some items its fine... great resource for piercings though

Very happy with entire order from start finish. Happy the ends are interchangeable so I was able to put it on a shorter bar to fit my earlobe better. Would just like to request more variety to pick from for example... Star Wars, Nascar, Marvel, Spiderman, Regular skulls not those sugar skulls and maybe even flag like the US flag.

The jewelry is super cute. I did have an issue with an item that broke but customer service replaced it.

There was an initial problem on my part where I messed up the address (as I just moved), but the problem was fixed very quickly for me!
After receiving my order, I was disappointed to find half of what I bought missing. This problem too, was solved quickly and professionally. I expected a much more difficult and frustrating experience, but the support staff did an amazing job. I will be buying from here again!

Lv your products. Always find something that suits my needs. Have a suggestion for an Army veteran military line. Although I only purchase nose rings, I'd like to download some military pins that I wear on one of my hats (only if you're interested) and maybe you can do some items such as nose rings, belly rings, etc. for veterans who still want to represent the U S.A. Love the sales/discounts. Mine & my daughters ears are very sensitive, Body Candy's earrings are the only ones we've found that do not bother our ears. My daughter had just received her order, she put an earring in before going to school. When she got home she realized the backing had fallen off, Body Candy sent her another earring. Free of charge, I didn't even ask them to do it.

Good, a lot of choices. However I wish the page wouldnt refresh every time you check or uncheck something under filters, it takes you back to the top of the page each time and its annoying have to scroll back down every time. It would be great if you could check/uncheck as many boxes you need and then apply them all at once instead. Otherwise love the site

I've shopped the Body Candy website 3 different times and have had zero issues each time. The site is super easy to navigate. Each item has all the necessary spec information listed so I always know what I'm getting. The items I've received have been exactly as described on the site. I also like the facebook connect option so I get a FB message detailing my order and when it ships. It's safe to say I love Body Candy!

My only complaint with this site is its non existent selection of larger gauges for anything other than ears. My septum is 4g and you have 1 item in that size. The most I've ever seen on your site is maybe 3 items. Get a bigger selection and I would spend a lot more $ and time on your site. Seriously, I spend a silly amount of my income on body jewelry and very little of that is going to your site.

Super fast delivery, website was very easy to navigate. Have ordered from bodycandy many times and as always no issues and great quality jewelry.

Good products. I did however message months back about refunding some items as they where wrong and never heard back from anyone I still have the proof though is needed I just don't know how to go about it. If it happens again. I was messaging on Facebook messenger. Other then that 1 time everything has been perfect.

I wish I was able to make it 4 1/2 stars, because while there is something for everyone at amazing and affordable prices, it's pretty difficult to find exactly what you need or want. Some of the jewelry isn't exclusive to one body piercing category, and without knowing that, you do become a bit more limited. You also have to read the descriptions to be sure you have the correct gauge for your piercing.

Very easy to navigate this website. They give opportunities for discounts on items by asking for your email or offering discounted items at checkout. They send coupons in emails frequently and great at communicating with customers and making sure that the customer is satisfied completely with their purchases. The jewelry is great quality and very stylish. I hope to see more products on this website very soon and I will be purchasing from here again!

I ordered about $75 worth of jewelry for my nose, because I had a collection of one and it was in my nose lol. It wasn't until after I ordered that I saw all the terrible reviews. So I'm like "oh no." But now I'm super glad I ordered first!

Everything I ordered came in within a week (ordered from CO at the end of March 2021), all the sizes are correct, and the jewelry is beautiful and seems to be of a good quality so far. I will probably be buying from this company again, and recommending it to my friends.
