They eventually resent one order through different carrier. The other 2 refunded. Unfortunate Boohoo will no longer be the reuptable co. It once was due to this carrier.

If only I'd read the reviews before I purchased. Here is hoping that I can save someone else the trouble! My order never arrived - no response from Boo Hoo. I am having to pursue the matter with my bank to get my order refunded. DONT SHOP WITH THEM! Their tracking system does not work as they use third party carriers who claim no responsibility.

I generally love the quality of Boohoo clothing however I will not be ordered from them anymore. This is the 3rd time I have received the wrong size. I wear a 20/22 and they ship me a size 12 as if I'm not going to notice. If you don't have my size, just cancel the order and refund me, instead of having me have to take my time shipping the item back and waiting to be refunded.

I placed an order with 5 items. Only 2 arrived. I complained about it and they told me that they'd reviewed the CCTV footage and can see that 5 items have been packed so they are not offering me a refund.
This is absolutely disgusting. I'd avoid Boohoo at all costs. They seem like a set off cowboys. I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue with them after reading through other reviews on this website
Dress looked nothing like the picture. The fabric was beyond awful. When looking at a photo of their clothes you need to just imagine the cheapest, most poorly crafted version imaginable, because that's what you'll get.
Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I originally contacted them on the 25th June with an issue that I'm having with a gift voucher. I was asked to wait 48 hours but did not hear anything back. I've contacted them a further 3 times and each time I'm either told to wait another 48 hours or, more recently, to "extend your patience and allow longer for the relevant team to send the resolution for you"…. That was almost a week ago. I've just accepted that I've lost my money and to no longer shop at BooHoo (not that they would be phased by this as losing out on the business of one person really doesn't make any difference to such a big company). Please may this be a warning to other shoppers.
I ordered 3 dresses and didn't receive the one I wanted, when I told them, they said they hav checked the cctv footage and saw that my dresses where packed, all 6 tokens were packed. Funny cause I only ordered 3 items, when I mentioned this they said sorry a they missed typed, it was meant to be 3, a load of bull! Then when I asked to look at the footage they saw they said, for my peace of mind they said no cause of privacy. So am I meant to go off by there own words? Pathetic really! Never ordering again!

I ordered for the first time form Boohoo and am very disappointed. First I paid for fast shipping and it was late, this is most likely post office error however.
The skirt I ordered was the wrong item inside. The shirt I ordered when I opened the package reeked like perfume and when I put it on it is obvious it was worn, washed, and shrunk then sent to me. The sleeves were so short and it was shrunk up in the body but very wide in the torso. This really gross me out, the smell especially!
I have started a return which I have to pay 15$ for. Not to impressed!

I spent over $200 US dollars on new wardrobe for work and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived in 3 days which was good. However, I'm returning my entire order besides some heels.
Im a size 4, US. 130lbs. I ordered my regular sizing and everything was small! The crop top barely covered my chest. The pants didn't ride up my thighs, let alone my butt. Everything was TRANSPARENT. So unbelievably dissatisfied! I did not take photos as everything was taped up after trying on.
Do not order from Boohoo.
I ordered from Boohoo and paid $17 for 7 day shipping. Everything was fine until my tracking stopped updating after it "cleared customs". I called the delivery company and they don't answer their phone or have a voicemail - super sketchy. I've contacted Boohoo support and they told me I need to wait a full month before they can look into the matter. Literally stole my money and won't do anything about it.

I told them to fix an address issue like within 10 mins of ordering. THE address is literally unknown. The customer representative says "we can't fix anything, if there is an unknown address then the parcel company would return it back to us" like the order hasn't even shipped out and won't for a week from their warehouse. Literally the most insane thing ever. What's the point of customer service LMAO. What if I accidentally put a wrong address, which I have and literally every company can fix it especially if you notice it right away which most people do lol. So if someone reaches out to them telling them "hey I put the wrong address can I change it"…they would still send it out to them knowing they're sending it to a random house. Like people are gonna get their money back anyway LMAO. Forgot about banks? Why make yourself loose money knowing you can fix it. Bro I've never left a review like this one but this is so funny I can't. Anyways going through my bank to have the money returned to me bye lmao

Shipping use to be only $11CAD for full order no matter what, now it is $16.99. Big jump in price.
Plus they do not offer exchanges, and now pre-charge you $15CAD in order to gain return label.
Sizing is very off when it comes to foot wear. As an example, size 7 CAD is equal to size 4 UK however ordering through BooHoo when you order size 7 CAD on the website they give you size 5 UK therefore it is way too big and I have to return it for smaller size. This is where my earlier comment comes in. So I already paid $16.99 for shipping of my order, now I have to pay $15 for return label to ship the invoorect sizing shoes back. And if I want to reorder the shoes in smaller size I have to pay another $16.99 as they do not provide exchanges and it is their error that they are incorrectly sizing in their website.
So that means $48.98 in shipping alone to do this process.
That is extremely costly in my opinion

I have always had great things to say about Boohoo have spent hundreds of dollars with them in the last few years. I must say I am very disappointed with my last 2 orders and shipping. I have paid extra for express shipping yet don't get for days over express time. They used to use DHL, and now FedEx. I am not sure I will be ordering anymore from Boohoo because of this.
I ordered one month ago no order no response... useless people n it's only scammer. I can't recommend anyone to shop with them.
I have been attempting to resolve an issue with pricing and false advertisement of a product. I get bombarded with emails about discounts and then once I use them and play by their rules they switch things up and charged me a higher price.
Beware and triple check your order before you hit send. Read all the fine print disclaimer and then do it all over again to make sure you know what you're getting into.
They do not have an exchange policy and they charge you a fee to return items(even if you need to only exchange them). Then you have to repurchase them with another shipping fee added and hope the item is in stock for the size you need; that may be a higher price then when you originally purchased it.
The company does not have a direct customer service number, the chat feature is a joke and the answers you get back from email are all scripted to be your fault or you just have to keep the item.
I chose an item and received something different than what was shown in color and design, it's only when you scroll to the last image that they show you what you are really going to receive. Unfortunately I didn't see that until too late.
I have been extremely respectful and flexible in my communication asking only for a price adjustment on the items so I don't have to incur another unnecessary return charge, but to no avail has the company been reasonable. I get a different customer service person every single communication, which is by email only. I have communicated with them seven times and it has gotten ridiculous. I believe the site is a scammer in a sense. I have received some products but they are ill fitting to the point I would have to spend more money to get them tailored to fit properly.
I also attempted to get an garment that had featured eight photos, I reached out to customer service and was told that they may have some items that are a shade or two darker or lighter. This item was completely different in color and style. Rust and white are not the same; no button to three buttons is totally different.
I want to stress be extremely caution and mindful when dealing with this company.

I ordered some Ugg Boot lookalikes and they looked more like clown shoes, not confortable, not easy to walk in and despite ordering my usual size 4 they were 2 sizes too big! They wanted me to return them, sent me a return link that didn't work and had the audacity to still charge me for them (I paid via Klarna) after I emailed asking for another returns link when the initial one wouldn't work.
My latest order was a pack of "High waisted" cotton leggings They're not high waisted, they are the itchiest, most horrible material I've ever worn and incredibly see threw. I also ordered some "pyjamas" but to my horror opened uo the plastic bag and it was literally just the trousers. Who TF buys only half a set of PJ's and even worse, isn't clear on the advettising. After they can't get the basics right, I'm closing my account, uninstalling their app and never buying from them again. Pure dissapointment.

Took 2 weeks to receive my clothes which was a bit longer than expected, one of the jackets I purchased was beautiful but it shreads like crazy and kinda good material but still shreads everywhere, the other wool look coat I received was threading and not the best beautiful colour but meh! The swing dress I got was awesome quality and fits really well, Overall Im am happy with my purchases but I wouldnt spend that much money on defiantly always look for promos and sales! :)

I ordered ~(first time) some clothing and wanted to return, doesn't recognise the order number so I can't return the items. Sent numerous email with screen shots etc. to their customer service, I just get ignored. I have threatened to go to the ombudsman, they don't care. I will NEVER EVER again have anything to do with this company, Atrocious customer service. I don't know how they are still operating.

Shocking service. My parcel has been lost for almost a moth after paying for express shipping. Lost also is my query for compensation. Navigating a labyrinth of obsequious time wasters designed to weaken my resolve is the only customer service I'm receiving as there appears no dedicated department to deal with items lost in transit. Using the pandemic as an excuse is absolutely shameful since this has been missing for much longer than this was a contributing factor. I will be a thorn in their side until I receive something in the way of compensation but I would generally advise anyone to STAY AWAY. Boo Hoo indeed. They are The Worst.
I had very low expectations based on the reviews I read on this site, but they had a dress that looked exactly like what I wanted and at less than $30 it seemed worth the risk. I'm so glad I went for it! I followed their size guide and the fit was perfect, it feels well made and the fabric is good quality. This is my first experience with them so maybe I just got lucky, but I'm very happy with it!
