Making a reservation was easy to understand. I just followed the instruction boxes as I was prompted. I just searched the available itinerary with prices until I found the one that worked best for me and from there I received step by step instructions for paying, baggage preferences and much more until The process of booking a flight was complete. Then I printed my ticket and also have an email copy. Pleased with the easy success and the spot on price point.
I purchased a ticket on June 7 and June 29 at the airport. They told me there is no booking. I'll call cheapo air and they told me two different things. I cancel the flight with the airline and airline says they lying. They messed up my whole vacation with my family. I end up buying another ticket from another town and they don't want to even refund my original money they were like airline charge you and they supposed to give your money back.
So far, so good. I'll pass judgment after all six legs of my RT are completed. Hoping for no delays or cancellations. I only wish that masks and covid vax were still required of all passengers. Also, when CheapoAir sends changes of itinerary, it would be helpful if you would highlight the changes. Otherwise, you have to read through the entire itinerary and, hopefully, find the change(s).
I chose CheapOair in February because they had the lowest airfare at the time.
Customers service has been excellent. They represent your company well. The one thing I didn't like is that I wanted Business or First Class for my entire trip because of my health. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my L3, L4, L5 disc are deteriorating and the pain in my back is severe. I just wish he could have gotten me in Business or First Class the entire trip. I needed to get away for a while I have been stuck in the house and it's depressing,
Very poor. Spirit airlines made me frustrated during transit at Orlando, FL airport after changing my entry gate at a very quick notice and i ended up missing my flight. Worst of all i was abandoned and asked to hang around for 2 more days before another flight can be made available for me. Very bad i was on transit at Orlando airport and i missed my appointment. I will never encourage anyone to use spirit airline. Highly disappointed.

Not great! I would like to speak to an agent! There was no problem speaking with someone when I booked the trip and gave my credit card. Since then I can't get a hold of anyone. Ive waited nearly 3 hours on hold and never had anyone pick up!
I like the way CheapOair escorted me through understanding how to track and manage my itinerary. I appreciated every effort made in regard to ny total understanding and convenience of the process. The best way to describe my experience would be that I felt like I was receiving boutique service and while doing so CheapOair kept my interest by making feel secure to trust them. I liked it. After all the problems with internet and MasterCard blocked for trying theft and multiples calls to MasterCard and CheapOair.com(all the attendants were great and very helpful to I brought my ticket back home). For that I changed my 2 starts to 5 starts. Next year vacation to Denver, CO, now I know where to buy my air ticket. Thank yours guys very much again. My stress were release. Now I will have good time from days left to fly. Resting and have fun.

Why so many offers of hotel and car and... and... if I just need a ticket to go back home. It is impossible buying round trip because the exorbitant air ticket.
Booked with just fly and experienced the worst customer service possible when they mess... cheapoair got me my ticket and confirmation in 5 minuets. YEAH! I will go here 1st next time.
These guys are horrible. If the flight schedule is changed, they confirm it from their side without our consent and then want us to pay money to get a better flight schedule.
I called them for 2 weeks and everyday I was transferred from one department to another and kept on hold for hrs before they disconnected the call on me everytime. I will never use their services again and absolutely DO NOT recommend them at all.

We have purchased tickets in the past and it was no problem experience.
The cust. Assistant, was helpful, patient and did everything in her power to satisfy us. But the process is too long,ambigubecause they wereous and too expensive. A change of departure date is like you would be buying bricks of gold. Customer pays and profits are for the airlines and cheapoair. They tell you you can cancel or change within 24hrs, not so. I did not even get on the plane and the change cost me more then my original booking with less amenities.

Affordability
The booking process was very easy to navigate, and allowed enough time to contemplate the best selection for a persons goals and the means available to try to meet that goal. The range in flight times and costs were fair and broad based. Thank you for allowing my grandchildren to visit me with their mom while my son is serving our country abroad in the armed forces. Based on previous 4 travel experiences with purchase thro' Affirm.com, this was the easier option. I appreciate the payment plans, although I'd like 19--20% interest only. Thank you.
This website is now my preferred method to book flights, especially around COVID19 restrictions. I like the easy to use intuitive user friendly platform. If you need to by pass the US then it's fantastic when using Multi Destination instead of looking at a bunch of one way flights. I hope a member of the team sends me the offers they have an discounts as I will be using this website for all future travel plans.
The first time I tried to purchase, it did not give me a confirmation page and there was no confirmation as I called customer service and confirmed there was no booking. Yet, there was a $0.01 charge pending on my account. I was able to redo the booking and the original pending charge was still there in addition to 2 more. Hopefully this gets resolved or I'll have to contact customer service again. Otherwise, the process was easy and straight forward.

I had Emma for my reservation information. She was polite, patient, and professional. She knew how to do her job, which is so impressive. Most young opeople in my experience have no manners, don't have people skill, if it gets hard they will pass me along to someone else. So many congratulations for having this young lady in your company. If only all reps could be this informed and just nice.
It's been so far without flaw. I am paying with debit car and as such read the subscript relative to debit/credit card policy. I am prepared to have $500 additional dolllars held in suspense on my Harvard University Employee Credit Union debit/mastercard for the duration of the rental period. I will rate my experience when my reservation yields the car ive reserved.
Site was easy to navigate however, there are so many choices that come up after you have already confirmed your flight, that it's hard to tell if you missed something. I also had a fraud alert on phone and an email that my preferred baggage request was declined. I thought it was done at the same time? Over all happy but it would be good to be more clear. W.
