Fantastic service. Quick follow up by service team (over the weekend) to get design/dimension approval, and extremely fast manufacture and shipping. Unfortunately delivery took a week longer than estimated as it was shipped from India, however that was ok as the quality is great and it fits the storage box perfectly. Haven't tested whether it is waterproof yet but appears to be. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cover of bespoke dimensions.
Your advertising of 20% discount if signing up for newsletter. This isn't Honoured in full. So that is false advertising. I tried to find the conditions but they are not there or hard to find

Easy to use website. Metric measurements would help the users in Australia. Some people may not order as they will need to convert metric to imperial measurements. I called them about one query and they actioned it immediately. They also answered my call straight away which was nice. No long waits to get an answer. Overall, very. Very happy with the whole experience and I want more of their covers on other items of mine. Will order again soon.

Easy to use website... you have to move to metric measurements. No one in australia uses feet and inches.
Very annoying to have all measurements in inches. Should use metric for Australian site. System wouldn't accept my credit card. Waited in first position in queue for 2 mins but hang up because I couldn't stand the constant messages repeating in an american accent. Ended up using pay pal with the same card details and it worked. Might have given up if I haven't already spent so much time measuring up and taking photos
Looks like good quality and my furniture is standard size so I need custom covers.
Have been trying to place an order for 3 days now and completely frustrated by your payment system. Finally got it to work after spending hours with online chat. NOWHERE does it say you must SIGN UP to place an order. All other websites allow you to checkout as a GUEST...very frustrsating, especially in this day and age of data breaches

I had 3 different people reply to my email quote request and subsequent follow up emails from incomplete on-line order basket.
A bit of marketing overkill. Also, your Sydney site appears to be a mailbox site. My phone contact with some original questions were answered from UK. I like the product and hope it lives up to expectations.
Looks like a quality product - albeit quite expensive I feel. But I want good protection for my outdoor setting. Lets see how it goes.

Really helpful on-line customer service chat. I accidently put in the wrong email address, and I was able to talk to someone online and resolve it very quickly. Item appeared in under two weeks, as was expected. Product appears to be 100% better quality than the ones we have been buying at the major hardware store and we have got through a ton of those in the last year, so if this one stands by its 5-year warranty, this should be a great investment. Very happy so far.
I made a typo error and was concerned when I did not receive any order confirmation. I was able to have an on-line chat with a customer service rep and then it was realized that I had input the email incorrectly. He resolved it for and sent through the confirmation and tax invoice. Very helpful.

Always sceptical but with so many good reviews I face it a go. Absolutely amazing cover made perfectly and looks amazing. Excellent quality and will protect the fire pit when not in use.

The whole process was simple and accurate. Online guidelines for measuring the bowl/pit were simple to follow. The result is a cover that fits perfectly. Material looks like it will live up to predicted lifespan. An unexpected feature are 2 weather proof air vents - bonus! I was kept up to speed on my order. Delivery fell within eta.more than happy to recommend Covers&All.

I wanted some high quality covers for my lovely outdoor dining suite and large daybed. I sent my measurements as requested and hoped my odd shaped requests could be met.
I received my covers and promptly tried them out, and they fitted perfectly and looked good too. The weighted material is a tasteful light grey and the workmanship is first class! Customer service can improve upon comm's, it wasn't clear that I was ordering stock from o'seas, I thought it was produced onshore. It took four or more emails before I got a straight answer.
Customer service was excellent aside from this and I'm very pleased about the product quality and value for money. Will definitely use this company again.
I asked a fairly basic question but needed to repeatedly ask it in four or five different ways before it was answered clearly. I found this very annoying and was close to cancelling the order.
In future I recommend making it clear that items are not produced onshore in Australia but o’seas. Transparency is important when gaining a customer’s trust. Customer service should not evade the question.

I found the online ordering easy to use. The instructions for measuring your items is well designed and having the live chat was helpful to ensure what I wish to purchase was correct and prompt. I recently Pex based a pool table cover and on the inside were marks and stains all over it I emailed someone and they said they would get back to me and never have. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and will be telling people to avoid covers and all. Will be posting this on all social media platforms so this doesn't happen to anyone whilst spending their hard earned money. Ver very dissatisfied

I ordered a custom sized clear vinyl table cover with a zip. The website was very easy to use and input the dimensions, the options for extras ie zips, tie down points etc are great.
I chose expedited delivery to Australia and it arrived ahead of the estimated time.
The product itself fits perfectly and its not often you can say... the quality exceeded our expectations in how it was made. For example the zip is not standard it's waterproof one, the edges and trim are sewn in very well and firm.
I found them on a google search when looking for a custom table cover. I chose them due to ease of finding information about their products and options along with the positive customer reviews.
I wouldn't have a clue what my cover looks like as it has NOT arrived yet.

Without the experience of knowing how long the covers will last/ retain colour, they seem to be decent quality, well made and excellent fit. Packaging for shipping was also quite good. Overall a pretty good experience. I'd purchase from them again. Thankyou
High quality fabric and made to the exact specifications I sent. Would highly recommend. This table cover will last a long time outside in the elements. Much better than a product bought off the shelf which is 'almost' the right fit.

Ordered online and was sceptical to what I might get.
Delighted to say the large outdoor table/chair cover and sofa cushion cover were delivered within 5 days during peak Christmas period, which was well ahead of proposed delivery timeframe.

Meet my requirements. Website easy to step through and measure.
Was easy to navigate website as we had 2 different sizes and the workmanship is quite remarkable considering that not expensive replacement. One came 2cm less on the width than ordered but I managed to squash the foam in and can easily cut the foam to fit. The other perfect. Will use them again as impressed by the quality.
Value money to cover some foam pads on the outside daybed, which has lots of exposure to the ocean.

Have had 3 orders previously...all great. Process involved selection online, payment up front...PDF sent to confirm measurements and design...I made corrections and confirmed by return email...order was then manufactured and despatched...
THIS TIME - no confirmation email, could not edit design to be exactly suitable.
Consequently, the cover is unsuitable for purpose...although it is well made, I just cannot use it to cover clothes line.
Email was just "waffle"...talked in circles....and did nothing to address the fact that the design was not confirmed. Next time, if I do further orders, i will leave off a measurement so you have to get back to me BEFORE making the product.

To keep things uniform (and also match the unit used on our machines), we use only one measurement unit for a product. You can certainly measure your article in cm but will need to enter the sizes in inches. The product page accepts decimal points. If you are still concerned, you can also mention the measurement in cms in the notes section. We will verify that the conversion to inches is correct.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). We have checked our system and found several orders successfully placed using a credit card, around the same time your order was placed.
