I have ordered from Custom Ink twice now and both experiences and products were outstanding! I needed a reprint because of my own mistake and they did it for free and quickly! Customer service never has a hold, you speak to an american who is knowledgeable anout the product, ordering process and printing process. I will always use custom ink for my jobs. Oh and I also got an email from the CEO thanking me for my purchase both times. This is the personalized, grateful service that I appreciate so much!

The ink was printed messy an was rushed with me having to go threw so many loops tryin got reach your facility yet not one response except for you wanting my review well honestly I'm disappointed an not happy an most likely will not be working with your company for the way I've been treated an not contacted while dealing with This issue I ordered my shirt then I ordered the sweater a few days after words an the sweater came in first then the tracking date on my shirt kept changing an it honestly pissed me off an thanks for no help from your customer service
Thanks to my new account manager, Madison, my experience was as smooth, seamless, and as pleasant as possible. She made sure that my order was delivered quickly and processed it for me directly. I've always enjoyed the customer service at Custom Ink but this time was especially amazing and I could not be happier with the product. The image is perfectly clear and the shirts are so soft. Exactly what I wanted, and they arrived earlier than expected.
Exceptional service! Website and design tool was extremely easy to use. When we ran into problems with getting the design to fit like we wanted it, a quick chat with customer service and the issue was fixed within seconds. We did a SUPER RUSH so that the shirts would arrive in time for an event this week. From placing the order to the shirts being delivered... we couldn't have been more pleased with the product, service or support we recieved.
It was great. I was just exploring, and this was the first company I checked out. Then, after quite a bit of shopping around, I kept coming back, playing around with the design, which was conveniently saved, and found this company was not only the best deal, but the best for tweaking the design until I had what I wanted. I was not disappointed when they came, and were delivered several days earlier than expected. Great experience!
Custom ink customer service was great as usual however I paid extra for expedited delivery to receive on 6/23 for a 6/24 event yet I received the shirts after my event ended. Very disappointing. Hopefully I never need shirts in a crunch again.
I think the only issue with your service is the price. On other websites the exact same item can be usually had for as much as $6 less. (not buying in bulk) You do get what you pay for though, mainly in the shipping. Other website will be cheaper but shipping can be as much as 2 months. Custom ink got me something i designed on the website in 1 week without expensive shipping which is super epic.
Of course in printing your colors are so faded on the shirt I ordered you can barely see them... I thought you had a statement saying that someone was going to proof it prior to printing but if you do this every day then someone should have noticed it might not show up well The fabric feel like 100 polyester... not as soft as it was described and feels stiff on the front where the printing is. Will not be reordering from you
Website and ability to design the shirt is fantastic- very user friendly. It allows you to get very creative. The actual product and the quality of shirt, however, was absolutely awful. I literally never leave a bad review for anything, but what I received was SO disappointing. Will not come back to make another order. "cotton" T-shirt felt worse than sandpaper
Do not order from this site! Numerous calls made and was assured the order would be delivered in time. No 2 week guarantee. Don't waste your time & $. We received the order the day after we needed the shirts. Horrible customer service.

Paid over $500 for a rush order and CustomInk promised to have the order to me by a certain date. No shipment arrived. Contacted them regarding order and was told "sorry, we dropped the ball" and told me they're willing to refund 10%. I still would not have the shirts by the date needed. Blamed COVID for the delay. Shouldn't have accepted the order and guaranteed the date if they were having COVID-related issues.
I enjoy working with Custom Ink. Your website is straightforward and the design features are easy to use. However, I was really disappointed in the quality of the polo shirt I ordered. It was so thin we can not wear it without a t-shirt or something else underneath. For the cost, I was expecting something of much higher quality.
I have done multiple orders from you all (personal and work) and have had a good experience every time. Your design lab area is very easy to use and the chat feature and getting questions answers is always quick with knowledgeable answers. For a few products you can be slightly more expensive but it is made up with customer service and ease of ordering, designing etc.
Awful customer service! They sent me the wrong type of shirt in a previous order and all they could do was a 50% refund for their mistake! In addition they put stupid stickers and print their company name on shirts without letting the customer know! Awful company! Never purchasing shirts here again! Terrible service!
This product sucks. I wanted to make a carhartt becanie but it did not work. So hard to use. Must be more straight forward.

The black masks Custom Ink is selling are cheap pieces of garbage. They are super small, barely big enough to cover the mouth and nose. When washed, they shrink and curl up, making them even more useless. Only buy them if you actually don't care about protecting yourself and don't mind walking around with a curlred-up, shrunk piece of thrash on your face. Custom Ink is flat out stealing people's money and should be ashamed.
I feel like they used to have a good quality product. The ink faded pretty drastically after the very first wash. We haven't even worn our shirts yet and the black looks very gray. The blue is an entirely different blue than what we wanted. The sizing chart for women's is pretty far off. Some of us will be drowning in these shirts. Purely disappointed.
We had decided to work with custom ink based on a referral from someone we know.
We got our first order, it was completely wrong, like they were two lazy to add one additional color to our simple design. They also sent us a package of someone else's order. A completely different order as well as sent part of our order to that person. They tried to work with us, we then got a set of new packages today and the orders are atrocious. The stitching on our embroidery looked like a five year old did it.
It was blue stitching and underneath are white stitchings coming out of it. I don't even know how this would be sent out. You can clearly see how awful it looks. I'm never using custom ink again and if they don't issue me my refund, there will be consequences. I have been extremely understanding but this has became absolutely unacceptable. We spent over $2,000 for these products. Backpacks, incorrect stitching, Pens with the logo barely even visible, shirts with the worst stitching I've ever seen.
Also we were supposed to get 9 shirts in 3 colors, they decided to send 9 shirts in 1 color

We just received our embroidery order from Custom Ink and we are very happy with them! I have been in contact with the company for about 2 months because we ordered 3 different samples of different shirts until we found the right fit. Communication was so simple every time! I love that their online chat actually uses a REAL person and you are able to place your order trough the chat if you do not want to call. Also if you call or chat, you can basically customize your shirts however you want! We opted for our company logo on the left chest and each employee's name on the right sleeve.
I specifically placed my order through Emily Wilburn and she was great! There was one minor mistake when she sent me the purchase link (forgot to include one shirt) and she very quickly adjusted our order before I purchased.
Once purchased I was sent an email a few days later with proofs for our approval. Between the date I purchased, date I approved the proofs, and date our order arrived at my door it took about 3 weeks, which I think is a good time for a custom embroidery order! We had a total of 51 polos in our order. We got the Nike Dry Essential Polo. I saw some reviews saying that they did not like the shirt quality, but keep in mind that the shirts are not made by Custom Ink, they are from different retailers. I recommend purchasing samples (our samples came NEXT DAY with free shipping to Ohio which was amazing).
Overall it was a great experience using Custom Ink, and I included a photo of one of the proofs (I don't have any photos of the actual shirts on my computer). Great company, easy to work with!

This company is a joke. I'm sure they have fake reviews or pay for these reviews because there's no way they deserve a 5 star rating. I just needed to order 5 jackets. The designs were quite simple, just some wording, and I uploaded and even even talked to a few people to confirm the order design. Fast forward 4 months and I have only received 2 correct orders out of the 5. I have talked/email over 15 different people (because a different representative reaches out to you) and it just seems so unorganized. At this point, I just want my money back. I will go with another company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Good easy company to make a shirt on. Worth the price, other websites just confused me, this one was pretty easy to copy and paste and edit your design. Customer service was nice too. Very laid back and on point with their job!
I doubt we will order again based upon the quality of the shirts. As a nonprofit every penny counts and this was a lot of money to spend on an inferior product. You could literally see through the shirts in the light even with them being a dark navy. They also run very small and yet there was a premium charge for XXL which runs like a L.
