I love FFF, it's been a great experience. Loving all my things I've picked out,as well as the extra surprises that are added to the seasonal boxes! I go on and off with fab fit fun and I typically do an annual pass. I love a lot of their products and I'm usually willing to purchase more. My fall box just came with my 4 customized items (no complaints) and my 3 uncustomized. I kid you not… I was given a bag of cough drops and a smart water (not reusable, just a water I can buy at the gas station for $1.50). A few months ago, I'd say go order now! Now I'm wondering if they are running out of product or something?
I love FabFitFun! I didn't tend to go the extra mile with self care or spend money on myself before FFF. My husband actually made me do this! Lol. I love the option for add on's. I also like that it isn't simply shampoo or face masks. You get amazing things for your home, too. It's exactly what I need to treat myself and reminds me to actually put on moisturizer or use a fancy cheese board, lol. I recommend it to everyone. I got my mom and my best friend into it, too!
Tip for consumers:
It's very user friendly. Just be mindful of customization time. If you wait too long and don't customize same day as a seasonal member, sometimes things are sold out. Same for add on's or special holidays like mothers day.

Shipped doesn't really mean shipped, when it's been quite a while and you finally reach out because you haven't received a tracking number you get so sorry its lost let us get another one out to you in a couple of weeks, and by the way, the stuff you chose is no longer available. This company has gotten too big for its britches their customer give a $hit is gone. It's sad.

What I chose and wanted I will not get nor will I get a refund they are good at saying oops we lost it and by the way, we no longer have your choices available so you get what we have left like it or not. Don't be an annual subscriber its just not worth it

I purchased this clock as an add on. When I received the clock it did not work. I asked for another clock, as it was going to be a gift. Customer service was great and I received same clock. Same deal, the clock does not work. At a loss and very frustrated.
Great products, fun to receive. Stopping only because I have enough at this time and will return at a later date.

Have been a member a little over a year. This is one of the first times I selected an additional item within an Option. I got my box, opened it and found something strange that I didn't really want. Then I went through everything and realized that instead of the blanket listed on my packing slip; someone put some bowls in my box. Now, I understand things run out of stock. Sometimes a substitution must be made. I just believe that the PACKING SLIP should reflect what is actually INSIDE the shipment. Maybe an email to the client explaining that would be advisable as well.

I really enjoy FFF but I recently ordered items for a fundraiser 3 weeks in advance and they still didn't come in time. Once I realized they weren't going to arrive, I had no way to cancel my order because I was told it was processed "immediately". If that is the case, why did it take over two weeks to send me tracking info? Now I'm stuck with items I don't need and then had to go out and spend MORE money to get the items on another site.

I have ordered repeated boxes and numerous amounts of "add-ons" that go on special sale at ridiculously discounted prices for INCREDIBLE quality products! I had a potential "hiccup" with one of my boxes, that the FabFitFun family were taking care of the moment I mentioned it! I love the boxes, I love the products and I love the COMPANY! I literally tell everyone I possibly CAN about this opportunity to have personalized "gifts/surprises" you get to open every 3 months... how many surprises do we REALLY get in life? I will be a member for LIFE!

I am a New customer and did not realize how the experience of buying products from their shop worked. As I now know if you put stuff in your cart it automatically at the end of charges your credit card, you have to do nothing. I had an issue with that happening and moments I mean moments after I emailed it was resolved! This company is unbelievable! I will remain a customer for years to come! Spreading happiness, togetherness, quality of life!

I absolutely love FFF just wish I would have originally signed up for annual from the beginning! The only thing's I could complain or mention is some times at first I did not receive tracking #'s. Which where I live I unfortunately need those so I know when to expect my package. Because I live in a terrible neighborhood & have had to many packages stolen, not arrive & even had one of my boxes stolen off of my front porch. It doesn't help that most the people who live in Independence, MO. Are on drugs. But to also have those addicts living above me does not help the situation. I have literally watched daily for a week them come down and open my mailbox first which is a federal offense. One time I was able to to run out when he had a package from amazon in his hand trying to play dumb saying he was bringing it to me! I am getting security cameras that should be here tomorrow thank God to catch them & press charges! There has been a few times specific items that I wanted soo badly were either taken or did not ship. But thankfully FFF's support team or customer service have done their best to make things right! After my most recent incident, Drake reached out to me and reading his email left me speechless as well as thankful for the professionalism, the fact that he truly cares & heart he showed! He was amazing and I was more than thankful his email was not scripted in any way! He honestly made me feel more comfortable to finally upgrade. But me moving would also help lol! I love all the products, love the add-on's. But hate that I have gotten the same things more then 3times! Everyone I know keeps trying to get me to cancel and try boxycharm. But they have no clue how much better FFF truly is! I just pray I can figure out whats going on with this 33$ package I did not order and definitely would have never reordered those specific items "Minetan" products in the first place. The first item i recieved from that company was self tanner water solution that literally left me orange with streaks everywhere for way to long Well! I might have purchased the belly balm though. But knew nothing about that specific order. Especially when the Minetan water with mint did this to my hands even with gloves on. I definitly would never order their oil drops or even 2 of them nor their outdoor spray on crap! There products are the worst which is why I would never order any more. I do look forward to upgrading as well as every box thats soon to follow!

Original order along with my add-ons wasn't fulfilled all the way. Had to get a replacement. Not a good first experience. However I'm a annual member so I had paid in full. Customer services is awesome. Thanks for that.

I would give a one star but the customer service experience I had was very positive even though there was no resolution in the end. I feel the products are cheap and definitely not worth the $50 I paid for them. You can get the same stuff at Target for half the price. It's the most expensive subscription I've ever had and the least worth it. I've never cancelled a subscription after one month but I did with this one. I have many subscriptions because I'm a sucker for them so when I say its not worth it it's really not. 10/10 would not recommend.

Increasingly disappointed. In they're reach for growth they began to overlook their current customers. As an annual member I saw them yet my choices on customization day because they're already sold out within 30 minutes so being an annual member has little to no benefit at this point. The products of also become increasingly Saturday with the exception of a few staples that are always good, I find the rest of it breaks, falls apart or it's disappointing. I used to truly look forward to the subscription and now I'm just riding out my year.

You can always check back the customization options from time to time as some members finalize their selections at the end of the customization period. I received a fantastic Winter FabFitFun subscription box. There was such a variety of items to choose from as part if my subscription and I was able to "shop" for other items at a much reduced cost! I love the hair dryer. Some items I chose will be gifted during the Holidays - even though I would like to keep them all...

Every quarter is like holiday time! My daughter and I have so much fun opening the box and checking out all the goodies. I've found several brands I love that I would have never known about. Their customer service is amazingly helpful and so pleasant to deal with.
I love the sales between boxes and discounts to represented companies in each box. It's such a great way to discover new products and treat yourself!
I had put fifty items in my cart to go back later and review. New to fitfabfun, didn't know it would charge me to the tune of $900 if I didn't remove... yikes!
Called them panicing and quickly they reversed my charges and deleted my cart add ons, all within a minute. Nice, friendly and efficient is a nice welcome, I will continue to use the box service due to how they handled my issues. Thank you. It is all about customer service in todays world.

I love the variety and size of the items I receive and seeing the box always makes me smile no matter what kind of day I've had! Many items are extremely nice as in day to day life I may not purchase due to price/size, so this affords me a great way to try things out. Not all items are items I personally use, but they make wonderful gifts! Overall, an amazing deal!

I've never been disappointed in any of my boxes and I've loved every add-on and gift I've received. I always look forward to choosing my items and looking at all the great products available. Don't be afraid to contact them about a damaged product or something missing, as long as you have the proper proof of the issue it will get resolved without issue. So don't feel like your "stuck" with something that doesn't work or can't be used or worn.

Very easy to change. With just a phone call. I accidentally upgraded to Annual. But wanted Seasonal. Called them within 24 hours. And didn't have any problems getting refunded. Was refunded, in less than 30 minutes!
