Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated Russel's professionalism and approachability.

Nach meiner Erfahrung, ist dieses Portal wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert. Egal ab man Privat oder Kommerziell einen Auftrag vergibt, mit ein paar Englischkenntnissen ist es sehr einfach. Bei kleinen Fehler sind sofort hilfsbereite Menschen da. Schade ist nur, dass es keinen deutschen Support gibt. Für Menschen ohne Englischkenntnisse könnte es echt einfach sein. Aber das nur als Idee.

At the moment I'm getting limited by the Verification Center for my slippery of mind with VPN mistake.

It was fast and smooth transaction. The supports are really helpful they're straight to the point on how to handle my case. I thought it would take me some time so I try to response multiple time but it ended up creating new ticket I assume. I do apologize for that!

I had a problem that I did the translation in time, but the client didn't want to pay me, plus he turned off automatic billing in the beginning of our conversation. I thought he would pay me in the end, plus he asked me to make price lower which I accepted because I am a new freelancer, but no! He wanted me first to send him the translation, and then to send me money for my work, but because I saw there was some kind of deception, I didn't do what he told me. Freelancer site didn't do anything about this issue, and I reported both project and user. Such a shame!

Kevin helped in getting refund for dormant account fee. I logged in after 3 years to my account to find I have been charged US$10 per month for last so many months.
I was going to close my Freelancer account but decided to contact "Support" team anyway.
I was quite happy that Kevin refunded account dormant fees and I can continue to use Freelancer site to post my new projects.
