Not only is the walkway and retaining wall beautiful, he pays attention to practical issues like water runoff and impact to surrounding structures. Love Houzz! I didn't even know they sold products. I found wallpaper I loved, ordered a sample and received it in under 48 hours. I did NOT disappoint, and the picture on the site represented the physical product to a T. It is SO disappointing when a company misrepresents the color or quality of their product. When I got a promo code in my email two days later, and the wallpaper was on sale, it was a no-brainer. One purchase and I'm already a fan!

Apparently my teacher's credit union did not accept this order and kicked it out of their system. I just saw your email about not procession the order and cancelling it. I am now re-ordering the tub and shower head with my regular checking account. Please let me know it there are any further issues. Also, it's very important that a delivery this size be left at the garage door, and not the front door. Please communicate that to the delivery team.

They helped us sort through the many porcelain slabs available to choose the best one for our kitchen remodel. Our mom's aging-in-place bathroom renovation was a big success - a full wet room concept with zero-threshold shower, linear wall drain and full handicap design w/grab bars and accessible shower fixtures. Also a wider doorway for future wheelchair access, modular vanity, non-slip surfaces, and beautiful tile work. Functional and looks fantastic! Thanks, Rob, Steve and team for a job well done!

Houzz needs to do a better job of providing discounts and right now deliveries are not being made to the door of my condo. I was told that this huge, expensive rug will be dropped off in the lobby of my condo. Other companies are coming in to set things up, with masks, etc. I would not have purchased this rug from Houzz if I was able to find it elsewhere. I was able to find most of the other furniture elsewhere so Houzz lost quite a bit of money based on service and delivery time.

I called customer service prior to placing an order for an expensive leather couch and loveseat to see if they had stock, and would ship as it stated on web site by January. The representative was very patient, and answered all my questions assuring me that there were 20 couches in stock to be shipped within state I live. Very happy with the information. Thank you!

Anthony is always a delight to speak to. He is thorough, provides in depth verbal and visual guidance but most of all sends a helpful follow up email almost immediately once our meeting has ended. Anthony is no stranger to the home improvement industry and the platform has significantly improved since the last time we spoke. All in all I am looking forward to our next update/brainstorm sesh.

Working virtually with ‘UnComplicated Design' was the best decision I have ever made for designing my living room and finding my style. With help from Andrea I was able to get a ‘Mood Board' that my husband and I love for a great price. Thank you. It's a big deal because my taste in design is so different from his. Andrea was able to bring it together for us.

My only complaint is figuring out where to select after pay! The arrow on select payment type is so faded I could barely see it! Your losing orders because of it.

After an extensive remodel in our kitchen and bath, this website gave me so many ideas and was very satisfied with quality of products. Highly recommend.

I knew of houzz as being a online platform for interior design and home fashion to get ideas for remodeling or designing a room but I did not realize they sold some wonderful products and just by happenstance of seeing a really cool outside table on another site I don't even know how it came up online showing me the same item for considerably less money which made me so thrilled that I made my first purchase I can't wait to see it

I found exactly what i wanted with you-i saw this item with this cover on a site but they didn't have available to order-then, on a "lightbulb" i thought of you all-i was ecstatic! I almost bought another item that i liked, but it wasn't this one! When I began to logon fill out my shipping/billing info, I was caught in an unending loop (flashing dot, dot, dot as it was 'thinking'), so had to close App, re-enter, and try again. Also, I was supposed to get free shipping (Houzz coupon said it would automatically apply at check-out), but it didn't appear. Something is quite 'off' with your App today, and I'm not pleased.

Easy to navigate website, nice extensive collection of home goods, and quick/easy purchase once you finally decide from all the options available. The hardest part truly is just making up your mind from such a wonderful array of products. Thank you... we always seem to find our way back to Houzz!
