I was asking about Australian consumer law and they gave me Apple warranty details. I needed to know if the Apple units are Australian stock and not another country. They don't understand that warranty and Australian consumer law are two different coverages. Called and never got through to anyone. I called over three days and still didn't receive the info i needed. I have to purchase the device, then request a serial number check after to determine if this is Australian stock.

Website froze everytime I tried to log into my account. Either just had the spinning wheel or got stuck on calculating shipping tax. I ended up logging out of my account to complete the purchase. This is not ideal.

I've really tired of using dsktop computers because nowadays people are more mobile than they were ten years ago. Of course, I'm such kind of a person who always hanging out somewhere. I have decided to acquire some new professions in the internet and I understood that I needed a laptop, because it's impossible to move somewhere with desktop computer. So, I applied to this company in order to buy a laptop, of course, I have already sold my PC. This service helped me with this task and it provided me with a great laptop for working and playing games. So, I enjoy this.

Email communications have been great. Responsive and professional. Good information on the website. Good range and prices. The site could use some more filtering options when searching for products. Otherwise, very happy so far.

Website is easy to navigate. I like that I can compare laptops easily with the layout of the website showing all of the specs. I like that the warranty is explained at the top of the description so I feel like I can trust JW (this is my first purchase with the company). I like that in the FAQ and "about section" it explains how the company is relaiable/trustworthy, so it made me more confident to purchase from JW
The prices of the laptops were competitive. I read about the company in the about section and I liked that it explained how the company is trustworthy. I liked that there were items with a sale price (larger price scratched out next to it showing it is discounted) this made me feel like I was getting a good deal. The layout of the website is user friendly. I found your company through a Google shopping search when trying to look for a new laptop online and your prices were competitive which made me click on your link
