MATCH?! NO WAY! THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS ANYWHERE THAT WORK! YOU WILL NEVER TALK TO A PERSON, EVER! MOST PHOTOS ARE NOT ACTIVE DATERS ON THE SITE. REPEAT PROFILES, VERY FEW TRULY AVAILABLE WORTHWHILE MEN! I SENT THEM 28 PAGES OF PROOF OF THEIR ERROR TO NO AVAIL. ONLY REASONS THEIR NUMBERS ARE HIGHER IS BECAUSE THEY OWN A WHOLE GROUP OF DATING SITES! TONS OF LAW SUITS AND CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS!

Match is just not worth all the time and efforts it requires. It's filled with arrogant and rude women who hate all men. Match has great concept but awful implementation. Too many fake profiles that have zero activity level on the site. I guess they are used as bait-and-switch.

I bought a 6 month premium membership because of the better price (April 2023).
Only been on there a month and it's been over a week without any match discoveries that match is suppose to create. I even broadened my search to a 60 mile radius! NO MATCHES! I should have bought just one month instead of wasting over $100 on this subscription. WORST SITE EVER!

I reported a problem with their matching algorithm two months ago. During each interaction with customer support, I was told that they would escalate the issue and it will be fixed soon. In my corporate experience, escalation of a customer-facing production issue means no one goes home until the problem is resolved, usually in less than 24-hours. For match.com it apparently means they'll just keep stalling and placating the user. Either their tech team is incapable of diagnosing and resolving the issue, or they are so overwhelmed with other bugs in the software that this one is at the bottom of a long list of software issues. You have many other online dating vendors from which to choose, I suggest trying one of them.

I just paid 97.00 for a 6 month subscription. I can't even see who viewed me unless I spend another over 150.00 and have sent emails asking for a refund, which they say they don't give. I found a good match in my area, and tried sending her an email, it didn't work. This is a rip off. I'd never sign up for this if I knew that this was what it is. I should have read the other reviews before doing this.

I've been dating from the Internet for about 20 years. I've had really lovely relationships and met some wonderful women. As of May 2023, I'm using multiple sites. Match is an antique. The actual connection rate is abysmal. This fossil denies spontaneity. Post a new picture? Wait days for "approval." Edit your profile? Same delay. Once you're on it, it's pimping you constantly for upgrades. I would avoid this site entirely. Once you disconnect they start sending you notice about all the wonderful people you're missing that "liked you." I fell for that, and it was totally disappointing. I think you could do better with Bumble, Tinder and even Facebook dating

Signed up by mistake for a bronze member ship which gets you nothing. Just lost 10 bucks a month. RIP OFF.

Iam on three dating sites match pof and free facebook...no action at all on match plenty on facebook...any thing you accidently touch on matches website is a new charge,something will say are you interested in so an so then you click to view it and youve already bought it what a load of decietful crap it is possible to have it changed i think if you find the right email...this happened twice I feel ripped off. I was disappointed and wished I read reviews beforehand. I wasted the 3 months' subscription money on software that is not user-friendly. I would not recommend this to anyone. I used this site a decade ago so I can compare the software.

I've been using Match for about two years and I must say I'm very pleased with their service. They have a large user base, and the website is simple to navigate. I was looking for a relationship but didn't want to get hurt again, so I tried online dating sites. In my opinion, Match Online Dating Sites is by far the best online dating site. They have many users from all over the world who are very friendly and easygoing!

This site is basically a scam. They lure you in to buy extra stuff that doesn't help you at all. And when you have a problem customer service really sucks. I will warn everyone I know to stay away from match.com

Found it not very good. Men seem to have anger issues over their past divorces and compare their dates to their ex-wifes, as that's all they talk about on dates. I Had 3 dates like that which was very frustrating so I cancelled my membership. I most likely won't go back on another dating site again as a result.

First of all wow. I received a message asking if I wanted help from a match.com employee to find really good matches for me. I agreed. I received a message in my DMs from the employee promising to get back to me in 48 hours. She never did. Instead the message sat at the top of my DMs. No way to delete or respond. The site shows you when people are online lol which is well if they're not responding to you it's a little off putting. Honestly I'd rather not know if that makes sense. Also nearly every single man I matched with if I didn't respond within 30 minutes or less would write something like Are you shy? You just don't like me? Hello? Did I do something wrong? Did I say something wrong? Did I upset you? It's really exhausting. It definitely was not worth the money. Most of the men I saw were also on another site that's free. Then Match gives you the option of writing to people far away. Why are you writing me from 2500 miles away when people hesitate to date when the distance is 30 minutes.I'm really disappointed by the app. And the employee just never responding makes it look really bad as a company also. Use the free apps.

I am unable to report inappropriate behaviour from someone on Match.com
They say to do it on the bottom of the page of an email of the person, however not many people email each other.
Therefore it is too difficult to report someone unless ou have emailed them - which most people do not email. Shame on Match.com

I've been on Match.com for about 4 months now and the Profiles seem to be Fake most look like Models and when you respond to a like you never hear back. If you ask me its a Scam to get your Money and give you nothing!or if you do send them a Message they will read it but not respond. Very Rude if you ask me.

This is probably the worse dating website you can imagine. There are very few actual people on the site looking for dating relationship. Most are pure scammers and Match does nothing to weed them out. Waste of your time and money stay away.

Absolutely worthless app. 95% of proflie are not even active and the other 5% are just message readers. Huge waste of money buying subscription. You can get better responce from a graveyard. Just another app made to make you feel discrourged and depressed. Please take my advice and save your money. WARNING! They will not give you a refund for their crumy service.

This company cares only about draining your bank account as far as I can tell. The way they do business is completely unethical, and of course you can't call anyone. I couldn't even send them an email. To avoid getting stuck in their trap for God knows how long, it was about four months for me, steer clear...

Match.com is a scam. You cannot communicate with matches unless you buy their membership. It took 5 e-mail exchanges with customer service to get a straight yes or no when I asked if I had to pay to communicate with those I matched with. It is not worth the time and money.

I have several "deal breakers" because they really are deal breakers. I would rather have no one pop up for the day than waste my time swiping no. 95% of my matches are in my deal breakers wasting my time. I've been on the site for a month and Match is now repeating matches from the beginning that I either said NO to or who never responded. It's absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money.

So, I had been looking for someone for awhile, and spent the time to fully fill out a profile, and paid the subscription fee. I was wondering why no one was responding to any of my messages. Well apparently the subscription does NOT allow for free users to reply to subscribed users without the subscribed user paying more for that service. So in effect you not only have to pay to be able to use it in ANY way, you also hope that anyone your interested in is also a subscriber, and if that cutie is not a subscriber well looks like your paying even more for that person to be even capable of replying.

I signed up match for one year they automatically sighed me up for a year which is 700 dollars they are way over priced I tried to get my money back for the one month they wouldn't give it to me there seem to be a lot of fake people on the site it was a total scam I tried several times to get my money they were very unprofessional that match should be banned for ripping people off.
