The Angel Bakers Team is a program of Soldiers’ Angels that supports service members who are deployed in support of combat or humanitarian missions overseas. Do you love to bake? Volunteers (Team Angels) are needed to provide homemade goody care packages to these service members. This care package reminds those serving far from home that they are still thought about daily by grateful citizens. Our goal is to ensure no service member feels alone. Would you like to help supply a deployed chaplain items to assist them in providing support and comfort to our deployed US Service Members? You can do so from the comfort of your home. You can provide this support through the Soldiers’ Angels Chaplains Support Team. Items might include non-denominational letters to distribute to service members, as well as gifts and supplies that can be easily distributed to service members who may be needing extra support. Because chaplains travel throughout the war zone, working with them helps Soldiers' Angels reach personnel who may be in remote locations, feeling isolated and lonely, and in need of a morale boost. We also strongly encourage these service members to submit their names for adoption through their chaplain. The Soldiers’ Angels Baby Brigade Program helps expectant spouses of deployed service members and post-9/11 wounded, ill or injured service members and veterans in welcoming their sweet, little bundles of joy! Our "virtual baby showers" are so much fun to be a part of! We are looking for Team Angels (volunteers) who love to knit, crochet, sew and shop for all things baby! Our service men and women need our support and encouragement, and this is just one more way to do that.
