Old profiles, closed profiles make up the majority of what I found on ourtime. Also, the search engine did not allow me to search in specific states. All I could do was narrow and expand it by distance. 50,100,500, etc. For example, if you live in Maryland but are planning to relocate to Florida and want to just look at profiles located in Florida, forget it. You must weed through hundreds of profiles all over the country. Like the title states, a waste of time and money.

Eight months ago, I'm about to get married and guess what? After 8 months of cancelling my membership I still can't make Ourtime support team remove my profile from their lame site! They just never remove profiles. I'm convinced that they have been misusing my profile sending out computer generated messages and likes under my name and pictures. Don't trust this "company" with your bank details! This pack of crooks will put multiple bogus charges on your account. No matter what they won't remove your profile from their site. Please avoid this lame pile of junk, fellows!

I set my parameters for 30 miles and daily get matches from other states or 100 miles away in my state.
Another item that is just me own peeve is how many women don't show their picture, or show their animal first. I have noticed that about 75% of the woman in my search range have animals, especially cats and dogs. I am NOT an animal person and so many women have animals that even if I were interested in them the animals turn me off. Just my issue, but makes u wonder how many women are being skipped over by men that don't like animals. That's probably fine with those women, but it sure is frustrating for me trying to find someone to spend my life with. I realize this is out of Ourtime's control.

Provide totally unsuitable profiles to consider, most mire than 100 miles from where I live. Awful, disgusting men sending vile messages, and a scammer who has obviously been on the site for a long time because he wasn't vetted properly. Didn't succeed in scamming me though, I was too clever for him. I reported him and apparently he was removed but I wonder if he really is gone.

They then flagged me as a fraudulent user without giving me a reason
I only found out about it because this girl i was seeing forwarded the email she got
Then they keep peoples profiles on there who are obviously no longer active because they dont respond to your messages or likes

After several months i needed a verification code to log on. Never asked for it. Don't answer their phone. Wanted it removed and they did nothing, just lip service. Terrible site.

I would give this dating site a minus ten. There is nowhere to leave a problem on the site. It shows that they accept Mastercard, yet it will not accept my credit card. I called the credit card company, and there is no problem with the card. It's the lousy site. Yet another failure from Sparks in Los Angeles! Does not surprise me especially with all the fake profiles. Your good hard earned money is going to fund a company that doesn't care about the clients. They could vet fake photos with Tin Eye!

To cancel Ourtime payment phone fraud department at your bank explain your problems with site, financial not emotional, and ask them to block any further debits from Ourtime. This they will do. I signed for 1 month which is a contract in itself. They took another £9.99 no idea why and without my authority. I could never get online. Funny the cancellation website worked gir another £27. Get real. I deleted details and phoned my bank. They will scream but they can't get my money. If they sue I will fight it and make counter claim for breach of contract in site failure. My interaction should be recorded.

Our Time took my money and I get one message a day. I bought a 3 month subscription apparently its wasnt enough. Any 'likes' are blocked from searching on the site and the pics are blurred. When it was free and i had blurred pucs i joined on the 3 month subscription. But when i joined all 'liked' profiles were removed. I would not suggest this site to anyone. POS/PM *OurTime.com

On OurTime, common sense flies out the window. So don't assume that only one profile per user is allowed. Nope, you can have multiple profiles albeit with the different email addresses. Perfectly legal and confirmed with the Customer Service.

And if this isn't enough, some multiple users share the same user ID. I have a habit of bookmarking profiles and then looking them up later and make a choice. Nope, not possible with OurTime. I bookmark one, then try to bookmark another, and boom two supposedly different users have the same user ID. I personally don't think that the numbers are recycled. More likely some if not all of them are FAKE in my humble opinion.

Apparently OurTime being hungry for more members, are plain creating new ones out of thin air, that's what I'm thinking. Here now, a few screenshots of what I've found on OurTime. Am not posting any photos for privacy, but come cutouts just to give you and idea. See below.

Of course scammers and/or liars are abundant. This is not unique for the OurTime, but you have to be vigilant and research your contact by the phone number. If it's a voip number (created on an app), stay away. If not, you still can research their identity by the phone number. It takes time but is well worth it. And it can be done free. I researched one member who contacted me, and found out that he lied about his age by ten years lol, and no telling about what else. I didn't pay a penny for this.

I have been a customer since last September. I cannot log on because the verification puzzle times out on time. I have tried 23 times and the people at Out Time make it impossible to call someone on the phone. Their toll-free line is NOT connected right now.

I have also used other sites and this one is the poorest so far because of (THE LACK OF)customer service. Williamc Dallas TX

This is such a scam. I live in the phoenix area, yet 99% of the "matches" are people that live all over the country. How are you supposed to meet up for coffee with someone that lives over 1000 miles away. I also stated no men, and of course they are also "matches". This site should be shut down. I can't imagine anyone being satisfied.

They added another pay level that let's you view who visited you, BFD, yet you can not converse with them. WTF I payed to see who viewed me, really?

Fraud, fake account profile picture changed to ugly hag. Do not waste time and money. Cannot get refund. Then they are trolling me saying ladies sent me a message and when I look they say HEY RAY, MEET ANITA or whoever I thought I was conversing with and show me a picture of myself. Now if that is not low down. Stay away.

I didn't even get as far as registration with these guys. I explained I didn't do pay pal, the only method of payment they offer, and asked to pay by credit or debit card. They didn't seem to understand my request and kept sending me emails saying I must be at fault and I needed to change my card on pay pal! They don't listen nor are willing to address any issues you may have. And that was before I had even registered as a customer. I would wide berth them….

No customer Service 1. No helpful articles on their website to solve issues I am having. 2. Receive email from ourtime from someone on site and when I click on link it takes to the Ourtime site in the UK and France! Now my browser loves that site and I struggle to login on the US site. Now my browser says it's not secure!. 3. I have written forms when I am finally able to locate the correct website for US and that has not gotten my any response other than how to cancel my membership. So bottom line is they have your money so goodbye in my opinion. You will always be asked for money to every little thing, that free HOOK is jut to get your initial money then you are nothing but a dollar earned to them. Find a different dating service because this one does not benefit seniors in my opinion.

In my opinion we have to be realistic and finding a true match has got to be difficult especially if you have been in a long standing loving relationship. The site is not good the same profiles appear time after time and despite stating in your profile the distance you are prepared to travel you still revived likes etc from men miles away. Customer services have always answered and dealt with my requests however cancelling a subscription is not easy. I did meet a lovely man however due to me it didn't work out so it can happen but I believe it's rare. I've tried a few times and for me I'm in the hands of fate if it happens it will if not I stay on my own. I never wanted to live with anyone or marry them just wanted to find a good caring man.

I created a profile and also verified it but I can't access my account logging again. Can you please tell me why.

They are nothing but a pack of crooks who screw their customers out of their money and steal from them. They are too famous and well-known to care about their reputation. They simply take your money by banning you mid-way through your membership. They have done it to me and my friends. A new trend in the scam book. As for the "service" they provide, well they just recycle old inactive profiles. Bots send you messages from these profiles who are no longer active on the site and probably they are not aware that the site is using their profiles. Scam, scam, scam!

They have maybe 1% of real profiles (maximum). It's mostly for older men and women. If you are in your 40's, 50's or 60's and you really want to be with a younger woman, try

I met my g/f there. She is 17 years younger than me, but we have been happily together for two years. You won't find a younger woman on Ourtime (except of con artists and catfishers), so don't waste your time and don't feed Ourtime crooks. They make money on fooling people and billing them for long-term membership when they sign up for free trial or for one month. It's unwise to trust them with your bank details.

I will NEVER recommend this site... they consistently over promise and under delivers. The site is filled with parasites and fake lying profiles out to scam honest people.
The matches they recommend are way to far away to realistically cultivate a genuine relationship.

I left Facebook dating service, as it had many imposters. So I decided to pay for a dating service to see if it had any better qualities. To my disappointment it did not. I joined on August 22/2023. I met who I thought was the person pictured below. I communicated for 3 days in which time we shared a cell phone number and started texting. On the third day/ evening I get a text asking me could he call me. By this time I was pretty involved and we had made a date for this coming Saturday. Foolishly I gave him my address through texting, so God knows what will happen to me? I only gave it to him because he was to pick me up for the date on Sunday. Back to Friday evening. He calls, he is known on the website as Mark, age 61,6 ft 2, living in Guelph, 1 hour from where I live. I said "hello",he said "hello" and I almost fell off my chair. It was the voice of A Very Old Man, very low very crotchety voice. I stayed silent until he spoke again. He asked me how I was. After Gathering my shock at his voice I said "who are you?" You are not the voice of the picture I am looking at. You are much older. He said sorry I can't help with that. I hope you believe me. I repeated you are not Mark. He hung up the phone. I immediately blocked my number but that gives me no comfort, knowing he has my address. Here's where it gets weird. I researched his phone number on reverse lookup and it turns out the number is a Telus landline registered in Camrose, Alberta.# *******521. A little too late but I Googled Mark's photo after I hung up the phone. There was no way to do that without asking Mark to send me a photo to my phone. On these websites you can't do anything with the photos that are posted. Turns out Mark who you can see is a very good looking guy that's who I thought I was talking to, lives in England and is a very well-known model. Beware you women out there. There are hundreds and hundreds of frauds. Where I'm really upset is this company charged money claiming they do all this research before the people who are registering get put online. That is a crock. I had a second run-in with another person who wouldn't leave me alone I was able to block him but he started using sexual language and trying to chase me. I tried to be polite and tell him I'm not interested in those kinds of things. He just kept haunting me finally I blocked him. These dating sites need to clean up. They also need a new set of rules. But more importantly I would like my money back I have only been there since Tuesday it is now Saturday. So give me my money back you Crooks
