I recently ordered two pairs of prescription glasses, one clear (photo sensitive) and one sunglasses. The order was filled in a reasonably time and the finished product was very good. The quality for the price is great. I spent $71.00 for two pairs and I am very pleased with both. I would suggest that you take the time to read the directions. Even, measure your existing glasses to make sure you buy the correct size for you. The web site is very user friendly with everything you need to make a great purchase.

This is the third time I purchase my prescription glasses with you, and it was easier this time. You classified the stock into S-M-L-XL frames; I extremely appreciate that. I wear Large glasses with standard legs and other specifications, and I used to get very frustrated when choosing frames that I liked but did not fit. The addition to the catalog, although minimal, helps the clients decrease their frustration level immensely, and makes the experience more enjoyable. Thank you.

It has been really easy and simple. Easy to navigate through. But I think the options on what type of lenses(professional, standard, etc) should clarify on whether it'd change the lens color or not. Casually, you'd think 100% UV protection and blue light protection would change the lenses color and so it'd be maybe a bit confusing to think if it would actually stay clear like you want it. But otherwise, perfect!

This site is frustrating to navigate. It let's you pick your glasses then when trying to checkout you have to create an account. In the mist of creating one my order disappeared meaning I had to select my glasses and lenses all over again. The pages kept freezing up. Maybe they were doing maintenance on the site.

I love everything about them! I ordered the wrong size at first and was able to do a one-time exchange for another pair and they fit perfect! I got the premium progressive and that makes all the difference if you use dual computer monitors. I also added the transition to sunglasses and love that feature as well. I didn't invest in the more expensive transitioning but might in the future.

I contacted customer service via email and they were very prompt with their replies.

I'm not sure how I came across this sight but I am so glad I did. The entire process was easy, communication was great and my glasses arrived earlier than expected! We will never shop for eyeglasses at a brick and mortar store, "the traditional" way again. Payne Glasses is a far more affordable option with a huge selection of styles. In the past, due to cost, I felt limited to one pair of glasses a year and one pair of sunglasses...for as long as they would last (several years because they were not absolutely necessary. Finding this site has changed that outlook altogether. Every pair of glasses I have ordered are quality eyeglasses in both hardware and craftsmanship.

Great experience. Original glasses were made perfectly, but frames were too small for my face. They responded and had it sorted out in 24 hours, and I had them back in the mail, with a 100% exchange code for a full credit towards another pair. Easiest return and credit process ever. This Payne company is awesome. Glasses are possibly better (thinner for my ridiculously strong RX) than what I can get from my personal eye doctor, and even after he places my insurance info, his final bill for ONE pair is a little more than what I pay for two pair from Payne. They fit well, are super cute and the customer service is outstanding.

We use payne glasses every time! It helps tremendously! My sons insurance only covers 2 pairs a year and last year he probably went through 6 pairs! Each one being $130! Until I found this website! So I order mine and his for $20! Depending on the style! I do wish I could afford some for my daughter, unfortunately with her high prescription, it's no different than ordering them through her eye doctor. But she gets them quicker there

The glasses try on was great! Some websites just allow you to take a picture so I love the virtual try on. Just wish I could have tried these on without the clip on sunglasses part to see what they looked like without them. Very easy to custom select the options I wanted and plenty of detail so I know exactly what I am buying. Lots of online options out there so when a website makes it easy for me I am much more likely to give them my money!

Your website is better than theirs thanks to the ability to easily go back and change frame selection as well as the numerous options on lenses. Their site makes it really difficult to switch the options around and see the price impact.

Best place to find glasses CHEAP! And even better is the quality. I love that I only had to put my prescription and PD measurements in once and it automatically is saved. I work as a paramedic, and there are many ways more expensive glasses would be lost or damaged. I recommend this site to many patients who state they do not have the finances for glasses, but also my coworkers.

Best prices for prescription glasses---& much less than any other online company to upgrade lenses, get blue blockers.etc. All the Payne glasses I've ordered so far have been perfect--had correct prescription--whereas in town the $300 pr from My Eye Dr weren't made correctly! Web site is very good for selecting and comparing sizes. Price is the best available. Delivery was quick and included a case. Product received exceeded expectations. One thing to be aware of... is that certain glasses require upgraded (digital surfacing) lenses if my pupillary distance was near the lower limit of what the frame/lenses allowed... so I simply changed to a different frame in order to have the standard (included free) lenses.

This is my 3rd or 4th order. I've never had any issues. It's so nice putting on a new look everyday instead of being stuck with the same black or metal glasses that you're just stuck with. I can be simple and go with a comforting black frame or go wild with rainbow. I can match pretty much any outfit. I've gotten to the age where I'm sick of messing with my contacts. I checked out several online stores. I am an actor and needed several glasses that fit the movie' time period without breaking my bank and I can still see and read properly. Payne was the best value. I compared my expensive (with insurance) progressive glasses from a store to the Payne glasses (no insurance) and they are identical. I could not find any difference in vision. I just paid over $200 more for the old ones. I guess I will never do that again.
