Ordered earrings two times from Romwe - both times they were delivered about three weeks later. They were decent quality - better then Icings or some at Walmart, but not 24k gold obviously. Really nicely made for the price. Also wore them for a bit and didn't turn my ears different colors (like some cheap ones can). Also it looks easy to replace the hooks/posts if you do have super sensitive ears and need specific materials.

Back in February I ordered clothes. I had order clothes from two others sites as well and it looks like the 3 are linked together as I only ever get on person to answer my email queries about where my orders are at. I have only received two rings that I did not order and was told that this was a gift to me and their way of finding out if the address was correct. Was told in last email that I would only receive 60 percent of the order back and still have not received this yet. I find it hilarious that I had asked a question to Temu, who I get my orders delivered in a timely manner from and one of the agents from the other sites answered. Weird.

Back in February I ordered clothes. Do NOT buy from Romwe! If I could give them negative stars, I would. I spent almost $200 worth of clothing, and none of them arrived even though my order status says delivered. I contacted customer service, but they didn't respond. I thought it would be okay to order from them because of all the social media posts I've seen with people supposedly wearing Romwe clothing, but I was sorely mistaken. This feels entirely like a scam, and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere instead of risk losing your time and money for nothing in return. Totally not worth it!

Based on some of the reviews I saw, I didn't expect much. I saw this site and naturally did research to make sure it was real... and the results were 50/50. A lot of people said the site was bad and slow, but it's actually good. I used the chat twice and both times were equally helpful. The clothes were in perfectly good condition, fit fine as I used the size chart. Pleasantly surprised.

Ugh! So disappointed :( I spent 40 dollars on clothes that I needed for a special event and never got any of it... I ordered weeks ago and they marked it as "been shipped out" just so I can't cancel the order. I go onto Usps and it says it hasn't even been shipped out to their building. I've emailed many times and get no response. Don't buy from here they just want your money. So mad!

They took my money twice and never sent me anything on shipping on e I started disputing it is when I actually started seeing something from them the only thing was my bank account now they claim to refund me but can't find the money they didn't put it back on my card they put it in a Romwe wallet where I half to spend it on their site

I am disabled and 60yrs.old (f) not that that matters, what matters is after spending 101. Romwe gave me a bogus tracking number for LSO. I will add receipts, it wasn't supposed to be delivered until 8th thru 11th, but by me spending as much as I did on a fixed income & a 1st with them, and after the tracking number was useless I checked their site daily only to discover they claimed it have suddenly been delivered, first they claimed the 4th in which I'm disabled so I have everything delivered, that day only Amazon, and Harley Davidson came to my house(apt) my place is next to the main door, so nothing comes in I don't see, I went to their site to let them know that it's saying delivered, but either they are liars or they sent it elsewhere. My address is correct, finally I got an email back with them saying it's been delivered... SMH like WTH as if I didn't see their bogus message on the site like I have yet to receive the delivered email or anything. They sent me something saying it is delivered however their delivery day is different from the day I received from their site. My kid bought 20. Worth of stuff and received it, and this is why I say don't spend more than this.
If anyone know what I can do to get my money back please help, I can't afford to give these ppl 101.

Pros:
-I live in Australia and I received my order within a week of ordering, which was great!
-The clothes were all pretty good and matched the actual sizing charts
-They looked identical to the photo displayed

Cons:
-They had a very strong chemical smell when first out of the package (but went away after a wash)
-A couple of the shirts felt like swimming clothes fabric, but nothing too drastic.

My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

Update: So Romwe did answer answer my inquires through customer service and they also reached me through my email. They refund me what I pay for customs and Im so happy now The products were great, they all fit me perfectly and they arrived so fast. Dont hesitate to buy and if you have a problem they will find a solution for you!

I placed my first order and chose standard shipping to Nicaragua, that was the only option Romwe offered me. Now Im being charged customs fees even though the website mentions you will only be charged customs if you choose express shipping. My order was sent through express shipping I guess, because it was DHL. But I didnt ask for that. I wanted the standard shipping I chose because I know customs is really expensive here in my country. Now DHL is telling me I have to pay over $50 and my order was just $90. Im so mad and sad at the same time.

I already tried reaching them through customer service, but I didnt get a response.

I placed an order 7/28,3 weeks later no shipping indication and I am not able to track this at all! No customer service, I emailed them no reply. It will be a month and nothing received. Never ordering again. I'd like my money back! It's been stuck but can't give me right tracking information. This is the worst site and poor customer service since there is none! They took my money

ROMWE is very good@ enticing online shoppers to spend money, the 'catch' is, they are AWFUL@ any kind of Customer Service. Good luck trying to return items & keep in mind the customer pays for shipping it back! I have about as good a chance to place a call to 'OZ' & get the Wizard to actually answer. I've lost the cost of order & the cost of shipping back. BUYER BEWARE!

Order placed in early May - says shipped on ROMWE but tracking ID has been sitting in PRE-SHIPMENT since May 7th. I don't believe there's any intention by ROMWE to send the items we've paid for. There is no customer service and there is no way to get a refund. There's no physical address on their site and no one responds to emails. These guys have a class action in their future, if they don't take their money and run first.

I ordered a load of back to school stuff i think it was 1y ago and it was a total of 119 dollars and my order never came i waited and i even called after it went past the number days it said it was supposed to came they said it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back which i never did so my experience on this app sucked especially since that was my first time ever using Romwe and since then last, i'm glad someone at least picked up the phone.

I ordered three items for my daughter on May 20th. All items finally arrived June 7th. One item was out of stock, which I didn't know until I checked the status several days after ordering. My entire order was held up waiting for my response. I requested a refund of the out of stock item and asked the other items be shipped. The refund process is inconvenient- you request the refund, wait two days, and then have to go back into the site to release the funds as originally paid. One pair of pants arrived DAMP and reeks of mildew. Terrible experience.

Update: I was contacted by Alexis at Romwe customer service after I rated my experience. I was issued a full refund for my items within 24 hours. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. While the purchasing and shipping process was less than ideal, I very much appreciate her willingness to respond and look at a third party site and make things right.

I bought 3 swimsuits from ROMWE, order: GRWMXR*******S5. I made sure to get a large for all 3 bathing suits. I looked at the size charts for each as well. I received them today, and they tops were all too small. I left on the sanitary stickers and repackaged them. But, unfortunately, the site says I cannot return the swimsuits. But I am very unhappy paying for products I'm not satisfied with.

I just received my new shoes and I really like them! It's the first time I have ever purchased shoes on the internet and I am glad that my experience was positive. I have been wearing these shoes everyday since they arrived. The comfort is unmatched and they look fantastic!

I ordered a package and it was returned to sender by the post office by mistake. I tried contacting the romwe customer support but it's a robot and doesn't answer questions. I have been unable to get a refund or have the item resent. I am very frustrated and will never shop here again. This is unbelievable. I also tried emailing them and got no response. I just want the item I payed for or my money back. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Im extremely disappointed right now because i buy clothes from romwe often and they're usually always on par. The clothes are never amazing but always great for price! However they need to get it together when it comes to service!
1. They need to stop hiding behind the fact that they are over seas as to why they don't have contact info! Plenty of over seas companies have at the very least an emailing service!
2. They also need to stop sending clothes in several packages but at different times, now I have half of an order received and half not received!:

2 packages were sent out apparently on two different dates but the package that was sent out 1st came on the date that the second package was supposed to arrive, way after the first package's original arrival date. The second package never came, i never even received emails about it until they're little service bot robotically sent me the tracking number for that package and was telling me constantly that it was signed for/received! If it's a usps issue that's one thing but I cant even get anyone else to contact me anymore, they claim 24 hour wait times but that's a load of bs!
At this point i don't even want the items i'm missing i want a full refund for all 4 items missing and broken!

So time passes and i'm constantly going to the website and submitting new tickets because I refuse to not at least get a refund! Part of me thinks that they believe if they don't respond it'll just be let go, so I had to start utilizing all sorts of methods to get a reply! I even gave all negative reviews on the clothes i did order and i know they saw them because they were disproved! I finally got a response to my ticket and now i have to wait and see if they'll respond to my actual problem!

don’t buy anything unless you know your measurements in the first place.
