Super price. Wasn't too optimistic in what I would get but I was happy with my purchase. To be realistic, diamonds for earrings are not the best cut, clarity, and color, so my expectations were not high having returned several pairs from other stores. These are keepers. And again, the price can't be beat. Customer service and followup by them every step of the purchase and delivery, even after delivery, were second to none.
My fiance has had her diamond come loose twice. She called to ask about the warranty and repairs after several emails. She finally received a call back just to not get answers and had their head of customer service Hang up on her. Mind you this is after her first ring "was stolen"when sent for repairs and I was forced to buy a second one. Horrible experience overall quality of the ring and stones are questionable at best I found out from another jeweler.

I purchased a necklace that was supposedly sterling silver with 1/3 diamonds. Just after wearing it a couple times it started to look cheap and appeared more like surgical steel, the diamonds looked very dull and opaque. I requested a refund immediately but they will not pay for shipping/tracking back. This company makes the customers suffer which is not fair! I loved the style of this necklace but to no fault of my own I have to return because of their quality issues.DO NOT BUY FRON THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPANY!! They sell fake jewelry!!! SCAM!! then they make you pay for the return shipping/tracking so the customer is out money!!
I'd add more pictures of electronics (inside parts); I also think it would be nice to show photos of the assembly process in real time
Well so far, it's the only jewelry place that is fast with their products. If its shipped out on the 9th like my order says, then I will be amazed. Others was saying it would take 2 to 6 weeks to get the ring sized and shipped. When I'm paying extra for faster shipping, that's what you should get. So good job so far. Also the selection and the ability to choose any ring size, shape, gem etc. is fantastic.

My shopping experience has been good, but it would be better if you could see the Jewelry much closer before ordering it. Some of your pieces look different once you order them than they look on the website. An accurate look before ordering would be nice; in color is more realistic than black and white. Also you all never ever put any real yellow gold on your specials for people to buy. It would be nice if you made a few changes.

I enjoy the text messages because it makes it easier for me to see prices and products I may be interested in. The checkout is nice since you can use your PayPal and not provide your personal credit info. The one thing that I do not like about this jewelry is that it comes with a cheap looking bag. It would be nicer to give boxes. Most of what I buy is for gifts

I bought an engagement ring for a small discounted price including free shipping. When my fiance had it apraised she cried. I thaought it was just my eye but it was noticeably yellow. The apraiser said it was a diamond but not of the quality I paid for. Refund was cumborsum. I might need to sew.
Your credit card info "yy" is a pain and does not allow two digits. Took MANY attempts to get my info entered. Do you it check for this before issuing to public?
