I love the whole experience of this product and the shipping and everything about Freeze Pipe. Some freebies would be nice like a hat or tee- shirt.

I vote best all around. The product in itself is wonderful. They are always willing to change a product to please the customer. The shipment is very quick. Customer service is on it all the time. Just so much more. Best all around for sure...purchased 2 bongs and a regular pipe. Just bought the new steamroller.

Had problems with an Freeze E-nail after it was out of warranty and they gave me a good deal on a new one. Great product

I have used the XL freeze pipe for a year now. I thought the glycerine coils were just going to be a gimmick but they are not. This bong produces the smoothest smoke I have ever had. It quite literally feels cold when you inhale the smoke. If you really want to enjoy the taste of your bud this bong is for you. It's sturdy and is well made. The packaging the bong came in is excellent and I just picked up a new recycler base, so I can't wait to try that out. It's worth the money.

Had an issue with pipe not staying cold very long. However, Anthony responded quickly and is sending me a cookie. Wonderful

I have ordered from freeze pipe a few times and have yet to encounter a problem. The pieces do what they are supposed to. The quality of the glass is great, have knocked it over a few times and luckily haven't seen any fractures.

Love these bubbler! I'm clumsy and broken the glycerin coil twice(wish they were a little stronger) but it's glass;so what can really be done lol. Make sure you put them in a secure place in your freezer!

While I love everything I learned about the company and have already greatly enjoyed our products, I'm giving you 4 strictly as constructive criticism. From one business owner to another, I would love to see you guys thrive. So my critiques would be, shipping is still a bit slow and customer service was very slow to respond. Once they responded, they were great and made me feel 100%better about ordering from you. Keep up the fun work, it's all a learning curve.

A little confusing on the "add offer" pages. I thought I was going to get the one I ordered for $50 instead of $70. Just maybe make it more clear that this is an offer.

Just really great pieces of art that do their job very well. So I came back. Website could get a little more organized but I just use the drop-down options to pick faster.

It's a bit harsh to Australian customers. First of, the currency conversion rate sucks (which isn't your fault), and the shipping on top of that is just an extra little blow. Can't wait for my pipe though - very very excited. I've heard brilliant things - especially from the Stoner Dads podcast

Shopping with Freeze Pipe is rather easy...IF you already know what you want. Otherwise, you'll spend quite a few minutes salivating over all the awesome pieces.

Bought my girlfriend an enail for her birthday, after less than a month of use, under normal use, and being very diligent in cleaning it, the bottom of it cracked when she pulled it out to clean it. I sent photos of how it seems the plastic must have had a defect and inquired about replacement parts. I was told there are no replacement parts, as cleaning it will prevent any issue. I said, well there was an issue. I feel like it's a quality piece, so I don't want to say your product is trash, I just want a way to fix it or get a new one. All I was offered was 50% off, of the originally $100.

No phone support, only through emails, and it took multiple attempts to even get through whole conversations.

My first purchase of the bubbler pro was amazing. I broke a piece to my pipe and Anthony from customer service did all he could promptly to get correct replacement. Awesome product with awesome service!

Super easy to buy. I would suggest moving the discount code to first shopping cart page. Not a big deal but people might waste a couple minutes going back and forth looking for it...

Sometimes shipping takes a little longer, and it's not updated like we all like But with that said, I always get the proper products. I love this company being based in the USA and having a wonderful Customer Service! A loyal customer from the first toke.

Had some questions about a product I was looking to buy. Emailed CS and the rep (Sean) was EXTREMELY helpful... Answered all my questions, very quick replies and even set up everything I was looking for in a customize shopping cart. Then emailed me the link for the cart. So all I had to do was enter my info for checkout. SUUUPER easy process. I thought I would run into delays and issues but the exact opposite... rep (Sean) was SOOO helpful! If could I'd give 10 stars I would!... Hope someone in management sees this review and gives Sean some props for such a great job!
