You guys are the best - I had an unfortunate incident where i had to change two tires because my tires got damaged far from home - So I am buying the additional 2 today. Will NEVER consider anywhere else for tires - you provide excellent testing information and customer care, better than Walmart. Costco, Sam's Club and Tire Kingdom - All supply basic stuff at the highest markup - Thanks for keeping your prices relatively stable - I will continue to sing your praises. Be well!

Excellent website but there is an issue with selecting Pep Boys online. I chose a date and time ( 10:45 am) and received a confirmation email from Pep Boys. Upon calling them to confirm the appt they told me they did not have it and that they do not n schedule on the quarter of the hour. Fortunately the guys at Pep Boys were awesome and we worked around it. I showed them the email I was sent ( it was even personalized with my name and they could not understand it..

I tried to order on phone. Thought it my be faster. I just needed a rim that would fit my car and support the wheels that I already had. The associate kept telling me to go online to see what they had. "Do you have a wheel that will fit a 2005 Honda Accord and support 225/40R18? Yes or no. If you do I'll come get. I don't need to spend more time scouring the web." But alas I ended up ordering online.

Second time using this online tire shop and their nationwide network of affiliated installation shops. Second time to enjoy a no fuss purchase experience, quick delivery and professional, good value service from the local installation shop. This time they shaved the one tire I needed to match the tread depth of the existing tire on the same AWD axle. That cost $30 and saved me $$$ NOT buying a second tire. Great company.

Sales Rep/Art was awesome and helped with answers to my questions. He assisted with my order, but I let him know I already had my online order ready to submit. Mobile app user functionality is amazing. Easy to navigate and super fast checkout. 1 suggestion, being owned by Discount Tire, TireRack should offer Veteran/Military discount like it's parent company. I'll be back for future orders regardless thought!

From looking at items on website, to a little help needed through your customer service representative and last but not least delivery. Great job all around. Ongoing harassment by employee * and she is now using other employees. They were asked to no longer contact me and have failed to do so. Company scammed me of tires I never received and money. Failed to do the right thing and fix it. Instead has been nothing but unprofessional with allegations that are false and constant harassment. Beware of company and their employees

Around 7 years ago I had a tirerack order shipped and stolen off my door step. TR sent out another set without hassle. They/You could have told me to kick rocks as the shipment was delivered, but they/you didn't and resent another set. That was enough to make TR my only vendor for tires online. As a clown that owns too many trash cars and buys too many tires, that's not for nothing. Cheers!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional shopping experience I recently had with Tire Rack. From start to finish, everything was truly outstanding!

The process of finding the right tires for my vehicle was made incredibly easy and enjoyable by your user-friendly website. The extensive selection and detailed product information allowed me to make an informed decision with confidence.

Help is needed. Hondas ( maybe other brands, too) place their level ( LX etc) on the outside of the car near the truck as in olden days. Where is there a note to help in this which selects the tire size? Maybe the front door sticker? Also, say something about double. Checking the torque tightening some weeks after installation on alloy wheels. Our installer makes us check with a 100 lb torque twist at a week or so visitation.! Speak to these issues!

I've never had a bad buying experience with tirerack. I always get exactly what I order and usually before the estimated time. I'm satisfied with the service they provide and appreciate the ease of use, as well as the versatility of the site. I'm a front end web developer, sales guy, and have spent 15+ years in the auto industry, so I can appreciate on many levels what it is your service provides. Kudos to the builders.

The shopping part went smoothly, great! I can't wait to see how pickup and installation at one of their preferred installers (Discount Tire) goes? This is a test run for my other cars that need 4 tires each. I am trying this option because my regular tire people want to charge 30$ more per exact same tire and their Road hazard insurance was an additional higher cost addition on top of the inflated tire price. No they would not price match.

Accurate tire sizing and easy layout of options. After clicking the mileage warranty, seeing the breakdown of the tire rating made my decision an easy one. The factory recommended brand being the first one to appear (for my vehicle at least) is perfect!

Loved that they ship and connect you to installers in your area and even include the estimated installation price which was very accurate in my case!

Website is super easy to use. Found the perfect set of rims within 15 minutes, after searching other sites for hours. I wish I had looked at Tire Rack first! Loved being able to see the rims on my virtual car. Rims and tires came mounted, packed well, and in perfect condition. Price was excellent. Service is fast and easy, you don't have to jump through hoops to get to a real person. They also verified information with my and provided updates along the way.

Had to call to reprocess my order after my credit card company flagged for fraud. Customer service rep had everything taken care of within seconds. So nice and helpful!

Great experience with Tire Rack. Unfortunately they didn't have my tires at the Santa Fe Springs, CA location so I can pick them up and save the $65.00 delivery fee (I'm like 10 mins from the location) I still order them as they will be delivered from their Vegas, NV location within a few days. I love the fact that the tire road hazard insurance is included. I will buy from them again.

Most corporations I hate. They exist solely to extract the maximum profit from me. TireRack almost certainly exists for that same purpose, but I actually like doing business with you because I feel the layout of your website and the information provided on it enable me to make informed choices. And, critically, that information is verifiable via third parties, not marketing BS that tries to convince me to buy options and features I don't need. This makes our relationship mutually advantageous and I'm happy to continue giving you my business.

I had a great experience with Tire Rack, and I definitely recommend it. I was browsing different websites and was having trouble deciding. As someone who likes to get their money's worth, one simple choice can result in a full day of research. When I typed tires, the website for Tire Rack came up, and I couldn't believe I had forgotten about this site that so many people had previously mentioned. This website is easy to use, and I didn't even need to have the tires shipped to my house or look up installation locations.

Extremely clunky and difficult to navigate - I'm literally just trying to replace a tire I already previously ordered from you for same car, and when I filled out the form for make/model it kept trying to tell me I had to order a different size - form/algorithm is incorrect and too smart for it's own good - wouldn't allow me to select tire i wanted/needed and knew that I already had. Wasted 30 minutes for no reason. Very frustrating and nearly abandoned sale here as a result

Just good overall. Good learning material. Just wish you guys would note why the same tire would be listed twice. I thought it was just a vendor sale type thing until it eventually dawned on me its the speed rating. Something I would've never known had I not seen different speed rating from my own as the only thing available at another site. Also independent benchmark test results would be nice

The checkout process was a bit confusing. It asked me to choose America's Tire which is fine, I like them anyway. It was part of the process saying to choose where you would like to ship the tires and asking for an address. Right below that it was asking for the billing address at the same time. I figured it out in the end. Still giving 5 Stars. If someone can make the text a bit more noticeable, would be fantastic for first time shoppers. Overall very pleased with TireRack

Excellent shopping experience, as always!. We only wish Tire Rack would start a Rewards Program that benefits LONG TIME customers who have helped to keep the company viable over the past many years. The online competition seems fierce as we found a few 'slightly better' online dealers overall cost of the same order; but loyalty to tried-and-true Tire Rack has so far kept us from risking a poor outcome.
