I emailed wish three times with concerns about not receiving my order. They answered months later stating "too late for a refund".
As the title. Do yourself a favour and order from Amazon or somewhere else that will actually provide you a product that works or at least some customer service. Don't get fooled by the pricing, it's all the cheapest of Chinese junk and you'll regret it.

There are times the items are DOA. Once I bought a smart watch which needs to be charged every day. Plus the readings are inaccurate.
On two occasions I ordered a tablet but ear plugs were shipped. Obviously delivery does not match the product description.
Upon the last fiasco, I complained but ended up being blocked. The excuse: I had abused their return system. I am convicted when the numerous faults were with the retailers. Upon appeal the block was removed. Now Wish wants my picture ID. Nope I am not shopping thru Wish anymore.

Make sure item description is what you want. The writeups have poor English and can be misleading. Have screen capture of product description, used as proof of what was advertised.

Ordered many items and every item order was cancelled due to "a problem with my account". After 8 rounds with customer service and no resolution, I gave up and uninstalled the app. An absolute waste of time.

I bought this bikini on Wish and it's AMAZING. The right colour, fits perfectly, and it's super comfy material. Exactly as described.
I ordered an item from Wish and paid for it that day. The item took over a month to arrive and was not as advertised or portrayed. It is complete junk. I contact wish the day after it arrived and asked to return it for a refund. They informed me that I hadn't ordered anything. If that is true, why did they email me when it was shipped and where is my money. This has gone on for weeks now. Don't bother with this pack of crooks.

They don't stand behind what is sold. They can find your money but then apparently you fall off the face of the earth.

Jewelry is fake. In other words, they advertise sterling silver and real gold when it is not. For those who don't know, do your research or you will be screwed. Buyer beware. Clothing is poorly made. Company takes advantage of customers. Wish should not be allowed to sell to anyone and their license to sell should be revoked and their other co-companies. After researching, you can go to Amazon and buy the exact same thing and you will get an honest description of the products. So check it out. They steal the ideas from Amazon.

Received previously used hand sanitizer units. Disgusting! Will not let me return as they say they can't see the fault?! They've told me to use them and then show them they don't work. I like the products and they get delivered relatively quickly. The site keeps getting better, with better product choices. I like the free spins for discounts.

I ordered 3 items on 18th of April and now we are in mid June and I still did not receive anything! Please be aware you can not refund as they play hide and seek with you so every time when i check the app they change the delivery schedule so I can not ask for refund and when i contact to support team they pass me to different section!

I use wish and the products 80% fantastic
But I've noticed there are many products now that wish sell are definitely misleading
They will promote a product that is cheap ex tool kit or air jacks for your car when you receive this item it will be a small plastic box or 1 spinner instead off the photo
It's like buying a car on line and you get it delivered and it don't have an engine
My advice is only buy off wish if it is one SPECIFIC item if not sure definitely click on exit
But to their credit I did complain and wish reinstalled my money
So my dealings with wish as I said were 80% good but 20% need so attention
I have ordered from Wish on 3 separate occasions, the 1st time I was charged $60 more than advertised sale price, I canceled the order immediately and was able to get my money back right away. The second time I ordered a watch and a pair of earrings. Never received either item. When I contacted them they said it was past the 30 days, so to bad for me. So I Never received my items and they refused to refund me

Even though they advertise a return policy, it is a lie. I rec'd 2 items that were the wrong size & tried to respond using their "system" (an email link that didn't work). There is no customer service PERIOD. So, just know that when you order something, you are stuck with it and you won't get your money back. I "WISH" I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them.

Placed 2 orders, both transactions were immediately paid via my Visa. Received NO email from either vendor and have not received either item after a month. Called the 800 number "not currently offering phone support". Worst experience ever. Beware of this site, I'll never use it again. Terrible.

When I ordered my stuff from wish.com it said I would have my product by June 16 now it's saying July second. People if your in a hurry for your products do not order from wish. Hopefully wish isn't a scam. If I knew it was going to take a month to get my product I would not have gone through wish.com. Tried to save 5.00 dollars going with wish. Not worth the wait. And yes they are coming from freaking China where this corona virus started from. Never again ordering through wish.com again.

I ordered some clothes and they were way, way too small. I used the provided sizing chart too. I measured the items and all of them weren't even close to the stated sizes. I tried to get customer service to do something but all they would do is confirm the order and refer me to a page where you rate your purchase.
If you want to just throw your money away go ahead and place an order through WISH.
I ordered almost $200.00 worth of merchandise at the end of March, as of today I have received only 4 items, each of them being about $2.00. They claim it you order now you will receive your items by August, that is a joke. I have found no way to call or write to Wish. If anyone has a phone number for them please send it. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Not only was my order never delivered, it was never even registered. Despite handing them every conceivable detail regarding product and transaction information, a complete unwillingness to even acknowledge the issue came from them. If I could give less than one star on this review I would. Wish should be disgusted at their 'support' team and entire organisational approach.

I joined wish and they gave me a free gift. I thought no way is this going to come, however within 2 weeks I received my free gift (a shaving gown). So I thought I betters write a reviewswish.com because they delivered on what they said. I will use them again in the future.
Do not recommend. Took ages to arrive. Terrible after sales support. I ordered a item in my normal size which didn't fit. They asked for photo evidence which was sent but they refused to do anything about it. Would offer a swap, a credit or refund - they just said "I understand this issue caused an inconvenience. The store has fulfilled your order correctly based on the variation you have chosen." Useless their customer as it doesn't fit! Don't be tempted to use them.

Buyers beware:
1. Yes, the items are very cheap so please expect cheap quality
2. Delivery takes a lifetime. Looking at the tracking history of items I've ordered, the trend is that product packing and international delivery takes a long time - more than 30 days. Interestingly enough, 30 days is the timeframe you MUST log a refund under their 'money-back guarantee' policy...
To be fair, I've ordered a total of 52 items from Wish. Some items are great although I have regretted a few purchases. I'm still waiting on 4 of those items to be delivered so that's a successful delivery rate of 92%. 2 of the 4 were ordered as early as April 11,2020 whilst the 4th item I'm waiting for was ordered on June 11,2020. One tracking info shows it's 'departed from EPC warehouse' whilst another shows 'Wishpost order generated' ie. No one has even packed my order so I don't even have a tracking ID for this item...
Today is Christmas Day 2020 so that's 8 months of waiting and I've missed their 30-day window. No need to contact their customer support because it's practically a bot (or multiple people copying and pasting a scripted response) who tells you repeatedly that they cannot offer a refund, even though I've repeatedly said I want them to connect me to their sellers, that I'm not asking for a refund and that I'm aware of their 30-day timeframe. Unlike other e-commerce sites like AliExpress, Wish doesn't allow you to directly contact sellers.
Bottom line - Please spend the amount that you're absolutely comfortable to lose if the products never arrive at your doorstep after 30-days.
