I have been using Zazzle for years under two different accounts and I love everything I've ever ordered from them. I used zazzle for multiple weddings and all kinds of events. It's so easy I've never needed customer service until recently. Not only did I get a response a whole day earlier, on a SUNDAY, It really saved the day! The bride noticed an error on the itinerary of the wedding programs! The wedding is a week away. The modification process was the easiest thing ever and it really took a lot of anxiety away from me as a coordinator. Zazzle customer service saved my reputation. Thank you.
#1 they ship UPS which charges more than the cards cost. ($7) For $1.25 they can use USPS. #2 It took 7 weeks to get my order. I can get my order in 5 days from Greeting Card Universe which ships USPS. #3 no envelope. I can print a card with no envelope in my home instantly from many companies for like $5 total. I can get 4-5 cards with envelopes from Greeting Card Universe in 5 days for the price I paid for one Zazzle card
I placed my order for my new business on Monday, and I received them today (Friday)
I was NOT expecting it this early but it was such a pleasant surprise!

Received stickers that are a stock item they offer. They were badly cropped. No offer to replace; wanted me to make changes on their graphics so they could get it right. I repeat they are a stock item.
They'll give me credit on other stuff but I wanted these stickers. I guess I'll go to a local shop and get them to run them; an inconvenience as I live in a small town that is fairly remote. I will not do business with these people again and you should think twice before you do

What an amazing first experience with Zazzle! I ordered a Welcome Sign for my daughter's bridal shower. The site was so user friendly and I loved that I could see firsthand how it would look as I made changes. I wasn't sure if it would arrive on time because it was a bit last minute. To my pleasant surprise it actually arrived 5 days earlier than estimated! It was very securely packaged and was so beautifully done! It exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making this experience so special. I can't say enough about how enjoyable this was.
I chose Zazzle because my daughter has used your site for invitations and thought that it would a good starting point in searching for Welcome signs. I also looked at Etsy and Amazon but felt that your presentation was more eloquent.
I Designed a Shirt for My Martial Arts Students and Instructors. The site made it easy for me to do this, and the end product turned out perfect! The shirt is very high quality. And the printing looks like it will last a long time. I'm a Retire 50-year Martial arts Instructor with only a few students I still teach, so being able to make individual shirts for the different ranks at a fair price is important, I will be buying all my shirts from Zazzle in the future!
1.The local Company I used to buy my shirts from went out of business during Covid-19
2. I needed a Company that would allow Me to place small orders and yet give me the freedom to make My own designs!

We absolutely loved it! I've ordered my bridesmaids proposals and save the dates postcards and the outcome after personalizing them has been amazing! They truly are dedicated team and very detailed, they sure have the personal delicate touch! My Dave the dates postcards were perfect! They missed nothing as far as details or anything like that! I'm going to use them for my wedding invitations! Their discounts are awesome too! I'm a one happy bride to be!
I had no idea where to look for once I got engaged! Pinterest brought Zazzle to my attention and I was so excited!
Never again will I be so stupid as to order anything ever from this company again. The printed the wrong name on cards. Refused to take responsibility for the mistake because I was told it would "Upset the artist." Can you believe this crap? How about upsetting the customer who put their trust in their product. I will make certain Everyone I know is told what a complete scam and liars you people are.

Instead a ordering a single thing on this sight, just simply take the money you were going to spend put it in a pile and set it in fire.

Gets a little pricey the more invites you order, but I'm SO HAPPY with my purchase! They came in even earlier & they're identical to what my order looked like when i designed them. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.
I chose them mainly because of the speedy delivery and also because of the nice designs to choose from and customizing options.

Great service and fast shipping. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone that's planning a wedding. They also have great prices.
The design and price
I have used Zazzle for my own projects and recommended Zazzle for items at work. Everything has come out really well! I am pleased with the mugs that will be gifts with a sentimental connection. I think the recipients will really enjoy them. I am glad Zazzle gives the option to order one or many. It makes creating customized gifts very easy and their service thus far has made it an enjoyable and reliable experience.
I found it one day on the web and the interface was so easy to use that I decided to give it a try.
It was just 2 weeks before my birthday and I ordered some personalized items but I didn't read the reviews until after my order was placed. I read so many bad reviews and I started praying. All I can say is zazzle came all the way through fast and efficient and the quality was on point I will definitely use them again! I ordered personalized wine bottle labels, handheld fans, paper plates and napkin bands.
Oh man, it just doesn't get any better. I love designs! And here, on Zazzle, I have almost unlimited options! Over 7,000 postcards with coffee as the theme. And that's just one love language for the woman in my life! Only 36 more to go. So hundreds of thousands of options to keep the mail people in business. And all because of Zazzle. It's like a miracle. Thank you for existing! I didn't know my life was so incomplete before I found this site. It will never be the same!

The cards arrived on time. They are great quality. Better than I expected from experience with other businesses similar to Zazzle. I'm now a Zazzle exclusive client. I love them!
Cost and its interactive design space
Great experience with Zazzle as a first time user of the service. Very streamlined user interface. My daughter and I were able to complete our order in a stress free manner. Deliver came before listed date which made my daughter extremely happy. Will definitely use service again.
Excellent competitive rates and service.
A few years ago, Zazzle put some of my original artwork onto a wrist watch and it came out absolutely beautiful. The only thing was the watch face was tiny, so it wasn't the easiest to read the time on, but still I loved it. It kept the time well, however the watch band was a bit small for my fat wrist and had to get a larger band for it. A friend now owns the watch and loves owning a unique piece of my art.
The invitations were ok, but we paid extra for enhanced color. Invitations looked faded! Didn't look much like the original picture that will be at our son's Celebration of Life. Would not recommend to a friend or relative.
I am so very pleased with the way my daughter's 18th birthday invitations came out! They looked absolutely amazing! I also had stickers made for the boxes and they were even better than perfect! Everyone love them I don't know what I've been doing all these years without you Zazzle! Thank you so very much for making our day extra special with the beautiful invitations!
